During one conversation, a staff member named Xeno spoke to me in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, saying I could “take my business elsewhere.” When I contacted the owner, [Name Removed], he acknowledged that I had been given incorrect information and agreed that the “8-week verification” comment was unreasonable. He assured me my account would be reactivated soon.

Later, after I posted an honest 1-star Google review about my experience, I felt pressured to remove it because I still had pending bullion orders to collect. I agreed at the time to avoid complications, but I refuse to stay silent now.

Customers should never be punished for sharing genuine feedback. Businesses must remember that reputation comes from integrity, not silencing criticism. Many of my peers who followed my experience are already planning future purchases with ABC Bullion and other trusted dealers. I hope this review helps others see the full picture before making their decision. Remember Gold rush is temporary but losing multiple customers forever is permanent.

products were actually sent. He tried to contact the bank, and police but they weren’t interested in chasing it up. Yesterday, when I received my letter from the bank letting me know I was fully responsible and they would not be refunding me any money I sent Jaggards an email asking for help so I could get an understanding of where the goods went and did the scammers use my name. He asked for my story which I gave him and he then informed me that he never sent the goods out as he knew it wasn’t right. You can only imagine the emotions I am feeling and thanks to Yen I will be getting a full refund. I will never be able to thank Yen enough. mannerisms and customer service and very tacky environment, feels like you're in a prison. Jaggards impressed me where staff open the door for me to enter and exit and always smiling with great enthusiastic and welcoming energy which feels safe for me to do business here and the retail and office was very presentable and professional. Yen is highly knowledgeable about silver when I was selling mine to him and his responses really demonstrated his expertise about trading silver and he was very thorough and detailed in the trading process which I greatly appreciate, this is how real customer service should be! Whereas other traders didn't provide that level of depth in information because they are just looking for a quick transaction. Huge range of products and excellent customer service – Went in to buy some gold bars and realised that there were bullion coins also. Easy to deal with, very informative and all items were available to collect straight away unlike another dealer with whom I had to wait over 2 weeks to collect my items.
