Jaycar Universal Air Conditioner Remote Control

Waste of money – We have 4 different brands of a/c and this thing is useless. It will turn one ( Panasonic) on but no other functions work. The others don’t respond to it at all. Don’t waste your money!

Grerat value, great features and easy to set up – My Hitachi air conditioner remote failed. Went looking for a replacement. Found the digitech remote at Jaycar for $24.95. Sceptical but the salesman said just point the remote at the aircon and press the "select" button. Pressed it for about 1 minute, My aircon turned on and all the functions returned. Very happy and cool, great product. In fact better than the original remote as the LCD is backlit which annoyingly the original remote did not.
