Jayde Transport

Service not offered as per Website – Asked for a quote which wasn’t forthcoming. When I called they advised they no longer do this service out of Victoria. Very disappointing in their customer service response also. This certainly does not reflect on what service they offer on their website.

in the boot for free. After a $60 uber to the depot I had forgotten my ID and they allowed me to use an expired license that i luckily had in the car and were trying to accommodate me and make it easy.

A month later I am needing to get my car back to Perth and was so crushed (i really did cry) when I found out there isn't enough resources for them to get it back to Perth from Melbourne, they did a great job at referring a company to me though and were helpful! The company I was referred doesn't allow personal belongings so I am still in search of a transport back to Perth but JAYDE IS THE BEST!! I have a huge family who does a lot of interstate business and proudly recommend Jayde to get cars interstate from Perth.

I constantly read reviews on companies, and this company just needs to be commended on how stress free this experience was.

Easy – Personalised good communication and good prices. The car travelled from Perth to Melbourne successfully with goods in car in 6 days. Overall a very streamlined process making it stress free and easy.

in WA & VIC were happy to answer all my quires and talk me through the process which placed my mind at ease with the knowledge that the car was in safe hands.

The whole experience was smooth easy and affordable.But most importantly it was quick.

Was dropped of at Perth Depot on Friday and arrived in on Monday. Not a scratch. Maybe could have had a few less oily hand marks from the handlers (loading/unloading), but I'd settle for that rather than scratches/dents.

though) to Melbourne and it was in a enclosed truck...all this for a 250$ more than the train service which is 750$ Open dock and takes a week...i received my car safe with minor marks because of roping I beleieve...otherwise I was very happy to have found them...would recommend to people who love their cars and want it shipped safe for a few hundred $ more
