J.Burrows Ballpoint Pens

Horrendous Ball Point Pens from J Burrows – I purchased from officeworks 5 packs of J Burrows 10 pens, and on opening three packets, not one pen worked, every single pen would not write, the ink came out intermittently, and despite trying all I could out of 5 packs of 10 pens not one single pen worked. I am disgusted and appalled at the shonky pens there is now here I could find for me to claim a refund nor complain about this to J Burrows. Worst pens I have bought in my 60 years of life.
