We bought it as we were going electronic and scanning all paper documents. It worked well for about a month (including using the oiled paper inserts) and cleaning it. Then it got jammed (can't be certain whether due to staples or more than 5 pieces). Trying to find out whether it can be un-jammed. Not going backwards when asked. Show details · 1

Extremely good shredder – Whilst a little pricey it perform very well in the short time I've had it. Works continuously with 3 to 4 sheets of paper (spec says it can do 5 sheets at once but I haven't loaded that many yet). Used it continuously for about 30 minutes and it did not stop. Very small pieces of shred whilst is why they call it a micro cut. Very quiet. So far so good.
