After Sales Backup – We ordered a teak bench seat in January. It was delivered in March and it was the wrong one made worse by the fact that we live in Perth and we had paid for freight to get it here. Store Manager initially tried to argue that it was the right one. Lots of phone calls and emails, most not responded to, eventually conceded and advised they would pick the bench up, then post a refund cheque. Refused to deposit the money into our account. Bench picked up and no cheque, still waiting after repeated phone calls most of which we were hung up on and emails. Store Manager dreadful to deal with. Spoke with the Owner who promised the refund cheque the next day, still no cheque. Travelled to Melbourne last week to see family and visited the store last Thursday (22/6/17) to confront the Manager face to face. Discovered the business is closed (Landlord has terminated the lease for breach of lease), the place is locked up and shop front has been vandalised - probably from another unhappy Customer. We are out of pocket and not happy with the dishonest approach this business has displayed to us as a Customer

Don't bother, if there is a problem be prepared to fight for your consumer rights – I bought a recycled elm dining table and 2 matching benches and one of the benches arrived with circular grease marks on it. I sent them pictures and was called back saying that's the nature of recycled elm and there was nothing they could do to help me. I agree that recycled wood should look aged and rough around the edges but it should not have grease stains on it that makes it look like it has been damaged. I asked to exchange the stained bench for another, and they said I can get a credit for the bench but they can't exchange it for another because "maybe recycled elm isn't right for me" (fyi I'm happy with the matching dining table and other bench and want to keep them so that comment is just an excuse). Still waiting for a reply from head office, I've had enough and taking it to ACCC. This company has been around for a long time, and considering that time not one positive review has been left - now I know why!

BUYER BEWARE! – Purchased a table that upon arrival was bowed. It took over 3 months of being told firstly that someone was coming out to look at it (no-one ever came), phone calls and emails that went unanswered and a general beligerant, unprofessional attitude from their staff that left us frustrated and extremely annoyed . It was only when we stated that we had had enough and were going to take the matter to the ACCC did they start to take the matter seriously. The table was eventually collected and we received a refund but it was 31/2 months of angst we did NOT need.......
