turned on. I received absolutely no 'love' from Global Shop Direct ..... yes 'I know it's out of warranty' people but the unit while does what I want it to do except that it doesn't CONNECT where it should. Very frustrating when you spend the money and cannot use it.

Very disappointing purchased this through Austpost, was excited that they had it in stock brought it home as i was need to clean my balcony as I don't have a tap as I am on level 1 and there is no access to an outdoor tap and that this can be used with just water in a bucket. connected correctly made a noise and nothing no water pumped through the hose. Very disappointing and a waste of money, I don't recommend this product and false advertising to suck people in to buying it. I was one of those people.

The product performed as expected. Used for the first time to clean our two cars. Pressure on the 15 degree setting was adequate to displace stuck on dirt and insects, particularly from the grille and front number plate. Show details ·  1

Excellent – On the 17 of December the year was 2024 I couldn't ask for a good product like the jet hawk. yes I couldn't wait to open it and use it. it takes a couple seconds to connect the parts together. but a long battery life is good. the water pressure is truly amazing and powerful and 6 different heads. Shut off tap required – Everything was fine except, when connected to a hose it DOES NOT turn off. Water flows constantly so by the time I had turned on the tap and pump on my rain water tank and walked to where I had it set up at the car, the detergent dispenser bottle was already empty! My mother purchased the Jet Hawk cleaner and is very disappointed. Firstly the battery did not charge, global shop sent a whole new kit. Secondly the gun itself gets very hot after 5 mins continuous use, and thirdly it doesn’t even clean dirt off the concrete. Absolute waste of money. Show details

My daughter bought me a Jet Hawk pressure washer for Christmas, so I didn't get to use it until a week or so ago, only to find it didn't work (not drawing up any water from the bucket). engineer). After filling the ports and reassembling the unit, it worked ok. Mind you, it might need pre-priming again if not used enough. But this can be done by trickling water into the hose inlet port underneath the unit. Although why anyone should have to do any of this to make it work is a bit of a scandal really. Anyway, hope this helps.

Jayhawks sorrow – The product just does not work! Don’t know whether it was damaged in transit but it is noisy but does nothing - it does not suck a molecule of water out of a bucket! I’ve checked the hose for kinks or other damage but it is ok. The problem seems to be the main Jethawk unit. The product was only delivered yesterday but the thought of trying to pack it back up and return for a replacement is frightening. I suppose the company relies on this!!

Suggestion for improvement – Improvement required to sock cover over stem connection - brass to molded plastic is not successful. Show reply

A Mop and bucket anytime please – I tested the Jet Hawk water pressure cleaner today. More of a weak Budgerigar. What a waste of money and water. It used approx 2 litres a minute, and struggled to clear away bird droppings on my patio. The instructions are very vague but might make sence to someone in China.

but really. Don't be sacked in like I was for the Hawk for car tire. It was weak and would get very hot. I wouldn't trust any product that is made by these people.

Jet Hawk – Absolute rubbish I am returning this as my normal garden hose is stronger. The water keeps coming out even when not being used and when I do pull the lever is is worse. Dont waste your money

Waste of money – No pressure throwing a bucket of water would do better .. buy a real pressure washer...
