Prabu and (Sadu?) were fantastic from the time they arrived and provided great service. My dog came out as fresh as a daisy and smelt just gorgeous. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Kosha was absolutely fantastic. She arrived on time and was extremely kind and caring as the dog I was pet sitting had never had a groom before. It was a totally stress free and positive experience for him. I have left her card on the fridge of where I am house sitting. Highly recommend calling Kosha!
Kylie Suisala did an amazing job with our dog grooming. As it was our dog’s first time, I felt quite nervous, but she made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring for both of us. Her professionalism and gentle approach were truly impressive. She also took the time to share helpful tips on how to better care for our dog at home, which we really appreciated. Michael from Padstow was fantastic with our old dog. He took great care and it is so obvious he loves his job. Communication was good. Marshall has never looked better.. his grooming experience gave him a whole new lease on life. He got a fabulous wash, cut and blow dry whilst listening to groovy tunes. Highly recommend Michael. Glen is fantastic, very knowledgeable and caring we were really happy with the treatment of our lovely Border. Glen knew exactly how to groom her, (she visits the beach a lot!) he made her calm and feel safe and offered us good advice. Sukh gave our cavoodle girls their full groom ready for summer and they loved him. He did a fantastic job and we would recommend him to anyone.
Our Japanese Spitz was groomed by [Name Removed]. Coat was clipped to the skin with cuts to tail and leg. We expected the experienced groomer to know the safe coat trimming length. We could see the pink skin color. Spitz looked like piglet. Not Happy for $200 service.

I was very happy with using Jim’s Dog Wash for the first time. Daniely did a great job with both our Cavaliers.
Follow-up · I had both my Cavaliers groomed. It took two hours and they were washed, clipped and had their nails cut. The cost was $100 per dog.

Today I had my dog, Rebel, groomed by Suzanne. It was our 1st time with Suzanne and we were very happy with the service. She is a lovely person with a friendly demeanor and Rebel was very happy!! I would recommend her to anyone :) Show reply
Follow-up · We are still with Suzanne. She is always bubbly and happy to see us. Rebel doesn’t particularly like having a bath and is quite a grumpy old man but that doesn’t seem to faze Suzanne.

My Siberian Husky was happy with Dave and my dog being happy to be groomed by him was a big plus. I do need to take him to the vet with a few issues that Dave pointed out. Thank you
Shaine was so great with my pups. He is gentle and calm, and they looked beautiful. Great prices, great communication. We will be booking a regular service to have Shaine look after our two pups . Thanks much!!!

Very disappointed. They did a great job on my dog. They seemed nice couple. But were always hrs late ,we would wait around all day and then have to keep rebooking,or didn't show up at all. Not even responding to my messages. Bookings were made well in advance. We are very disappointed. How can you run a business like that! Adelaide

I told them to cancel as I had another appointment at 10:30am, was then told they where 10 minutes away which would have been 10:20am by then, do I “still want to cancel?” which I said yes as I had already left home then they proceeded to blame me for the fact that their next appointment was only at 11:45 and that they could’ve still gotten there and have finished the job, I then proceeded to tell them how late they were was a joke and then blocked them to prevent any further harassment! Very, very disrespectful and did not even let me know at any point that they were going to be late or how late they were going to be and they still would’ve charged me the full amount of the groom! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
I wouldn't give my dog to these guys, they get someone with 2 weeks of training and then show up with a signed trailer with absolutely 0 experience and have a blast at your dog. knowledge with dog grooming wouldn't have stayed in a franchise and probably gone out on their own anyway. I highly regret using this company and wished I used the private mobile groomer up the road who did a much better job than these mobs.

Excellent service for de-shedding and overall washing. My dog is really old, deaf and has cataracts in both eyes. The service was professional and took a lot of care with my dog. I fully recommend Jims in Melbourne.
