Eli from jims dogwash oran park is the best. After my experience today ive booked once a month and asked for eli only. My dog cindy suffers with bad anxiety and today everytime i checked she was calm and comfortable...couldnt recommend him enough a1 for everything

Very disappointed. They did a great job on my dog. They seemed nice couple. But were always hrs late ,we would wait around all day and then have to keep rebooking,or didn't show up at all. Not even responding to my messages. Bookings were made well in advance. We are very disappointed. How can you run a business like that! Adelaide

I told them to cancel as I had another appointment at 10:30am, was then told they where 10 minutes away which would have been 10:20am by then, do I “still want to cancel?” which I said yes as I had already left home then they proceeded to blame me for the fact that their next appointment was only at 11:45 and that they could’ve still gotten there and have finished the job, I then proceeded to tell them how late they were was a joke and then blocked them to prevent any further harassment! Very, very disrespectful and did not even let me know at any point that they were going to be late or how late they were going to be and they still would’ve charged me the full amount of the groom! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

I wouldn't give my dog to these guys, they get someone with 2 weeks of training and then show up with a signed trailer with absolutely 0 experience and have a blast at your dog. knowledge with dog grooming wouldn't have stayed in a franchise and probably gone out on their own anyway. I highly regret using this company and wished I used the private mobile groomer up the road who did a much better job than these mobs.

Lovely guy with a lots of care for the dogs he is grooming, did a fabulous job grooming our little dog, very accommodating and educated us on how to keep her matting free between grooms. Highly recommend as also the best priced groomer I found.

Stacey from Jims Dog Wash (Guildford) was incredible and went the extra mile giving our new puppy the best treatment. She is very patient & calm with our anxious dog, and it is very clear that she loves dogs. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a very well priced dog grooming service.
