Very disappointed. They did a great job on my dog. They seemed nice couple. But were always hrs late ,we would wait around all day and then have to keep rebooking,or didn't show up at all. Not even responding to my messages. Bookings were made well in advance. We are very disappointed. How can you run a business like that! Adelaide

I met Lloyd from Jim's Dog Wash for the first time when I booked a hydrobath for my Kelpie boy. He did a wonderful job and my dog's coat looks and feels amazing, and importantly, my dog was very settled and relaxed after the bath.

Daniely was easy to communicate with, on time, well priced and most importantly my 2 dogs were treated to a lovely wash and professional groom in a kind and compassionate manner. Thanks from Wallace and Gromit

I told them to cancel as I had another appointment at 10:30am, was then told they where 10 minutes away which would have been 10:20am by then, do I “still want to cancel?” which I said yes as I had already left home then they proceeded to blame me for the fact that their next appointment was only at 11:45 and that they could’ve still gotten there and have finished the job, I then proceeded to tell them how late they were was a joke and then blocked them to prevent any further harassment! Very, very disrespectful and did not even let me know at any point that they were going to be late or how late they were going to be and they still would’ve charged me the full amount of the groom! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

I wouldn't give my dog to these guys, they get someone with 2 weeks of training and then show up with a signed trailer with absolutely 0 experience and have a blast at your dog. knowledge with dog grooming wouldn't have stayed in a franchise and probably gone out on their own anyway. I highly regret using this company and wished I used the private mobile groomer up the road who did a much better job than these mobs.

As an ex Franchisee, I would not ever consider recommending a Jim’s Franchise to anybody. Don’t believe any of the hype around support Jim’s Group claim to provide. Jim to support us in this regard and all he could do was say “I’ll pass it on the Franchisor”, who then did absolutely NOTHING!!! This is all despite the head of organisation advocating in his Franchisee training “you have my personal number so contact me with anything or any problems you have”. The head of this organisation couldn’t give a stuff about any of the people that actually make him the money he earns. Outrageous lead fees need to be paid, even if then leads are not converted into paying jobs.

The Divisional Franchisor doesn’t care about who they sell Franchises to, they just want people to buy and if they fail and i quote “there are plenty more to take their place” and “I don’t care if they fail just sell them” stated by an individual of eminent posture

Ask the general public what they think of Jim’s Group, you will receive a completely different opinion as to what they portray.

Stacey from Jims Dog Wash (Guildford) was incredible and went the extra mile giving our new puppy the best treatment. She is very patient & calm with our anxious dog, and it is very clear that she loves dogs. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a very well priced dog grooming service.

I'm in the Bundoora, VIC area and Ash came to groom Ziggles for the first time last week. He was amazingly available without waiting for weeks; he was so calm and patient with my super anti-social dog and did an amazing job with the groom. Happiest I've ever been with the groom, price, service and Ash's overall calm demeanor!!

Ash is an excellent dog groomer. He’s calm, patient, and clearly knows his job well. My dog can be quite picky and anxious, but Ash handled him with ease and care. Really impressed with the service. Highly recommend!

Cherrie and Michael are both amazing. Best groomers in the business. They take such great care of my dogs and do an amazing job with the groom. You can tell they really love what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.
