We received a response within one hour of sending email request and were booked in. Our groomer arrived on time and was friendly and approachable. Teddy looked amazing and was very happy with his groom. We have already booked again
Sarsha from botanic ridge attended to our dog Rambo this arvo on Clyde Vic. Her approach was warm, patient and very attentive to our dog whom initially wasn’t sure about the service (scared of new ppl). Sarsha persisted despite a few challenges and we are extremely happy with the outcome both Rambo’s new groomed look and the bond he formed with Sarsha. Highly recommend if you are in the SE suburbs. Thanks Sarsha!!
Darlene who operates from forest lake was fantastic with our puppies first groom and wash. She listened to what we wanted and took the time to get to know us as well. She has a lot of patience, took her time and made him feel as comfortable as possible. He looked amazing after his spa day and smelt devine. Will definitely be staying with her to pamper our little moodle Cooper from now on. Thank you Darlene. See you in a few weeks.

Scott is wonderful with dogs. He came to our home on time, was patient with Bjorn who is still a puppy and going through his teething phase, and took the time to understand his skin condition before the wash. The whole service was detailed and attentive. We have already booked regular appointments with Scott and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring mobile dog wash.
Dagim dealt so well with my two labs they loved the experience and the work was fantastic highly recommend I will be using Dagim again for sure

Prabu and (Sadu?) were fantastic from the time they arrived and provided great service. My dog came out as fresh as a daisy and smelt just gorgeous. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Kosha was absolutely fantastic. She arrived on time and was extremely kind and caring as the dog I was pet sitting had never had a groom before. It was a totally stress free and positive experience for him. I have left her card on the fridge of where I am house sitting. Highly recommend calling Kosha!
Kylie Suisala did an amazing job with our dog grooming. As it was our dog’s first time, I felt quite nervous, but she made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring for both of us. Her professionalism and gentle approach were truly impressive. She also took the time to share helpful tips on how to better care for our dog at home, which we really appreciated. Michael from Padstow was fantastic with our old dog. He took great care and it is so obvious he loves his job. Communication was good. Marshall has never looked better.. his grooming experience gave him a whole new lease on life. He got a fabulous wash, cut and blow dry whilst listening to groovy tunes. Highly recommend Michael. get his uniqueness back. And charged me for the clip I never asked for. Also other dog was so scared to go out and howled through the service. Never been that bad before. Would not recommend. So upset with this service - words can not describe my feelings about this service and the stress it has caused my family. Birkdale no receipt given.
Follow-up · To answer questions. No explanation was given for unauthorised clip. No refund offered and I have no idea what scared both of my pooches so much. They were very traumatised the following grooms they had have with others have well and truly showed how traumatised they are we are still working on this as the minute they see a mobile van they run and hide, shake and are not receptive at all.

Very disappointed. They did a great job on my dog. They seemed nice couple. But were always hrs late ,we would wait around all day and then have to keep rebooking,or didn't show up at all. Not even responding to my messages. Bookings were made well in advance. We are very disappointed. How can you run a business like that! Adelaide

I told them to cancel as I had another appointment at 10:30am, was then told they where 10 minutes away which would have been 10:20am by then, do I “still want to cancel?” which I said yes as I had already left home then they proceeded to blame me for the fact that their next appointment was only at 11:45 and that they could’ve still gotten there and have finished the job, I then proceeded to tell them how late they were was a joke and then blocked them to prevent any further harassment! Very, very disrespectful and did not even let me know at any point that they were going to be late or how late they were going to be and they still would’ve charged me the full amount of the groom! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
I wouldn't give my dog to these guys, they get someone with 2 weeks of training and then show up with a signed trailer with absolutely 0 experience and have a blast at your dog. knowledge with dog grooming wouldn't have stayed in a franchise and probably gone out on their own anyway. I highly regret using this company and wished I used the private mobile groomer up the road who did a much better job than these mobs.

My Siberian Husky was happy with Dave and my dog being happy to be groomed by him was a big plus. I do need to take him to the vet with a few issues that Dave pointed out. Thank you
