Disgusted and terrible .... DO NOT USE!! – The worst service ever. I used this service in 2021 which i cancelled and just a got a bill now to pay $350aud. Disgusting and terrible

Only gave one star because I can't give it none! – Undoubtedly the WORST website builder available. Completely convoluted processes, so stressful to use, and so easy to accidentally delete many hours of work. builders over the years which were 100 x easier and better. So stressed with Jimdo that I'm just going to delete my site and walk away. I recommend using anything besides Jimdo.

Disappointing – I liked Jimdo and used this for a number of websites, but they have gradually cut features from the standard subscription over time, and made these cost extra. Don't invest in learning their system when their approach is to slowly reduce features and increase costs. By contrast almost every other IT service increases features over time at the same price point.

having technical issues and it would be up in a few hours, 48 hours later the website was still down which had cost our business a lot of sales just before Christmas.

I had decided to cancel my services and yet they are still charging my credit card, so I have raised a dispute with my bank for a refund.

This was a costly lesson not to use cheap template systems that look appealing, in the end it cost us a lot more money and stress so decided to pay a website design company more money to have a professional custom website design, 0/5 star review for https://www.jimdo.com
