It broke easily – I had this about a year and loved it, it was handy and looked good on the table but then the pepper side broke it appears to have snapped on the inside and there is no way of fixing it. It cost me $89 at Myer but as it was just over a year ago I can't get a refund. a very expensive item that doesn't last.
Will not last – My husband and I got one of these for a wedding present and loved it. Unfortunately, after about 6 months the salt mill broke, so we had to throw it out. We then purchased another one and the exact same thing happened after another 6 months. There seems to be a serious design flaw. Needless to say we won't be wasting another $80.
Not good at all – Handles are made of plastic and once inside is broken you canot use tha bloody thing.Cant find a manufacturer here cause they're in America. So this product has lasted all of 4 months. Pure waste of $80. Thought it was a great time saver and space saver as well. Dont bother

I know this is a bit dated but if you contact their head office in UK, they were really helpful with getting a replacement for mine. I didn't need to produce a receipt and got my replacement in a week. But I would agree with your review. Great design in concept but there is an inherent flaw in putting a plastic knob on a metal grinder...its only a matter of time before it breaks!
