So, What should I do?
While they tasted good. They came smaller than expected with their price range. They messed up my orders too. I ordered 3 and only gotten 2 of the chocolates. I messaged them but they have not refunded me or explained anything. I wont be recommending them to friends.
Aside from the chocolate bars being very small, they just don’t taste like pistachio. The chocolate is nice, sure. But there’s a small amount of paste in them and you would never be able to tell it’s pistachio. Also the “gel wrapping” that I purchased for $5.50 extra, to make sure the chocolate didn’t melt… didn’t work. It looks very cheap, but my chocolates came very soft/gently melting Disappointing!
Ordered four bars it worked out to be about $15.40 a bar and that was with discounts. I must admit I was expecting them to be a bit bigger. I reluctantly gave four starts, was going to give three. The pictures make them seem bigger. Definitely snack size and who would pay that for one bar of chocolate. Regarding the chocolate, its good and I like… Read more
the filling, hence the four stars, I was really tossing up to give three of four stars but it's not trash chocolate. I have had some questionable Dubai chocolate so this was actually one of the better ones I have had, just not enough of it. I liked the iridescent pattern on the top. The filling was great consistency not too sloppy or dry with a good crunch. I am glad they don't use pistachio pappi cream because that is the worst with hardy any pistachio's. Product packaged really well. Price is the only thing letting this down. I would not buy again because of this. Going to try another brand soon which is $44 but is actually a chunky hefty chocolate block which probably equates to four of these so way cheaper by gram.
Approx $65 for what ended up being three tiny chocolate bars. The already small bars shown in the photos and videos are in fact, not the standard bar. Beware the hidden extras automatically added to your cart, like a $5 box and another $5.50 “foil wrap and gel ice pack” (which did not actually end up accompanying the bars). Your “free shipping”… Read more
turns in into an $8.55 “priority order processing”. The chocolate bars themselves taste strongly artificial and of poor quality despite the hefty price tag. I was genuinely surprised at the taste. Despite the extortionate pricing, if they had tasted great I would at least be inclined to offer an additional star or two.
Absolutely ludicrous product, the taste and filling of which is meant to be 45% pistachio is far from it. Don't get me started on the ludicrous prices for the smallest blocks they give you, I would never recommend this product, just looking at the sizes in the photo next to a Samsung mobile fone and that cost $60 wth...
