3 months after ordering and paying and still no product received. Through communication they offered me a refund, I said yes and then they wouldn't refund. They then offered to resend and I said yes ,they then said cant resend no product left. Made complaint through PayPal and still waiting for a resolution. Also said Australian then on payment went higher because price they had on it was usd .
Scam company advertise as Australian and then find out trash Chinese product. Overcharged in USD . Contacted PayPal and they couldn't/wouldn't help company swears I received the product which I DID NOT. Worst experience ever with Pay Pal. I don't know why PayPal allow these companies to operate when they rip off their customers,
The checkout process was confusing and did not follow a logical sequence, it appeared to go back to suggesting a product and once I had completed my order I was charged for two products and two orders ten minutes apart. Both orders attracted a postage of over $20 Australian when it is advertised as an Australian product. If I do not receive two orders I will follow up.

Terrible company my order tripled at check out says it Australian and product price was tripled at check out also and I tried To stop the order and their email was false put in a complaint to PayPal and they said they were happy with response what a joke
Follow-up · Terrible , they told me when I received the package I could return it only because I got PayPal involved , I tried to contact them to arrange return and never heard from them , I would never recommend products from this company
Terrible service. Overcharged by ~ $15 through PayPal . Paid in Australian $ as Australian company but charged exchange rate. Even though cancelled, items turned up after 3 weeks (5-7 days?). Package has no details of sender. Still waiting on appeal with PayPal. Beware this company! Many "SCAMS" reported in the reviews.

I'm updating this review. The company got in touch with me to see if I was happy with their product. When I explained what had happened they returned the $15 to my credit card. It took months. I think possibly the problem was caused through the company's software. In the end it was Paypal at fault as they paid the invoice even though the discount had not been applied correctly. I've used Paypal for years but have not taken all my automatic payments off. I do not trust them now.
