Ok service but needs work – Easy enough to navigate the store. BUT selling goods that are not in stock and then making excuses to their delay. Not quite good enough. Although I did get my items, it took over two weeks for them to sort more stock and then catch up on all their back orders..

Good service even with minor hiccup – I ordered 20 RAT kits and only 10 kits arrived. I reported the mistake to them and they promised to investigate. Then after few minutes, I received an email, apologising for the honest mistake and confirmed that the remaining kits will be delivered the next day. And it did arrived the next day.
