Buy somewhere else – Unlike the other review (written by them I suspect) the exact opposite happened to me. I accidentally ordered 2 too many stools and they won’t take them back. I’ve asked nicely and would pay the postage but they don’t want to know.

The most amazing customer service ever – I ordered bar stools but they turned out to be the same as the ones that I had previously owned but had issues with. I asked to return them at no cost to me and be refunded in full. All my emails were answered promptly with a choice of options. The net result is that I returned the stools and received a full refund as per my request. I would certainly recommend this Group if they are anything like their customer services. WOW!!
