Now only an online store – We traveled all the way to Hallam as per address on google to find it is only an online store. Phoned but they were not at all interested in selling me anything.

great service – I always travel out to Brunswick to visit this store. It has the best service and good prices. It has a lot of unique stuff you can't find in a $2 shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever!! – I was looking for Sofia the first party invitations etc. I found this store on line and rung to check availability. Was told had plenty. I drove to the store and had selected my items. The salesman then told me I couldn't have any of the items as he had an internet order and required the items to fulfill the order. He was very rude and unapologetic. What a waste of time. Would never use again.

Excellent Customer Service – I ordered some items from another party store in Queensland but they never arrived in time so I went to Just Party Supplies who helped me with my party. I received my items in time for the party, fast shipping, excellent customer service, and great prices. Cant recommend them enough A+

Bad Customer Service – I emailed an enquiry for some supplies for an event, I received a fast response which was good, but they did not answer my questions or provide me with what I asked.
