JR professionalism – JR did not supply an invoice or put a packing slip in with the products I ordered. I asked them to reply but they did not. As a professional artist I expect to deal with professional suppliers. Not happy with the level of professionalism displayed by JR. I have yet to try their products due to the above. I have ordered products from other suppliers.

Great Product – I am very pleased with the product. Order arrived earlier than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions before purchasing. Will recommend to my friends. Thanks.

Love it! – This product is great. I have done many commission pieces and my clients love the quality of the finished pieces. Only down side is it's a little harder to get the ratios perfect but after a little bit of practice, it becomes easy.

Great Value – I have been using this product for 6 months now and love it. This product is great value for money and gives me effects no other brand on the market can give.

Don't waste your money or health – I was unfortunate enough to have purchased this brand. Over all finish is not good at all and then to learn all the safety issues. I've always liked to go by feedback on brands before using but unfortunately I've learnt that this company deletes any comments that doesn't favour them and then blocks that user as well. saves some people time money not to mention not putting their health at risk! Do yourself some research and look up TEDA and you'll then understand the "putting your health at risk" along with any pets in your home.

DANGER - product unsafe – I am a very experienced Resin artist and I purchased 240L off JR. I had 3 issues with the resin from a really bad finish to a strong smell of ammonia when JR's website stated that their resin was odour free. 2.4 meter painting the whole thing went up in flames causing a considerable amount of damage and loss. I was lucky that i had a fire extinguisher on hand. I was contacted by JR straight after my fire and JR's response was “ It is non flammable” but their MSDS stated otherwise: ‘’ S16 keep away from ignition sources�“ JR went on to say that I added a chemicals such as turps directly into my resin, I didn’t, it was clear coat there were no chemicals added into any of the layers of resin and torched like accused and it was done using epoxy pigments and JR inks.

After I reported my fire to JR, JR failed to carry out any investigation into product safety, Instead they announced a 30% off sale selling a potentially unsafe product.

The Finish on the resin is the worst I have ever seen. The finish is far from flawless, as claimed by JR - see comparison.

I am unable to use this product for what I purchased it for and it is does not do what it is intended and advertised for. JR have not given a refund despite their product not being fit for purpose as an art resin.

Not to mention it is made up of an extremely toxic chemical called TETA which full protection needs to be worn when using it as is can cause serious health issues with short exposure, BUT they do not wear protection when showing how to use it Via You tube. I was led to believe that Adam's family was in the business manufacturing of resin for 35 years. With such experience, JR should have proper warnings on their website and clearly label their product to warn people of the potential risks of using such a toxic ingredient such as TETA and the need for proper protection such as a respirator and gloves.
