A very smooth and stress free information capture session with Emily – Emily was tasked with collecting my personal and investment information ahead of a planned super review. immediately. She was also very clear in the way she articulated the questions and guided me each step of the way by explaining what was next, and was very clear when responding to my questions. Emily’s voice and presence was very centred, calm, and calming, which put me at ease and helped me to forget the stress of the day. It was impossible to get impatient with her.
Emily was also considerate enough to give me a break before the second part of the process (discussions with the lead rep and financial planner) and called me back at the time she committed to doing so.
She’s really great at what she does, and I couldn’t fault her on anything. Just grateful to have had someone like her to guide me through the bulk of the process. She was amazing and made it so easy and smooth!

balance but it wasn’t a surprise to me at just how much more there was to consider about my investment options and I am grateful to Ciara and Min for making the entire process so simple and easy to digest.
I felt comfortable and respected throughout the entire process and there wasn’t a question they didn’t have an answer to; in fact when two of my answers contradicted each other, there were measures in place to ensure I made the right decision for me, based on a thorough explanation to ensure my understanding of the questions being asked.
I would definitely recommend everyone to go through the review process with Just SMS, the fact it is obligation free and provides the greatest opportunity with massive insights into your finances and retirement plan is the icing on the cake. 10/10 and highly recommended.
Very upsetting Interactions – They cold called me out of the blue and after I told them that I am not interested. I don’t know why I let them convince me to stay on the line. It will only take 10 mins they told me. 1 hour later I was still on the call being passed around to different consultants asking very personal questions about me and my super. like this, each time it was the same they told me 10 mins and then it would take 1hr plus and I was being passed around to speak to different people again.
I got their final assessment and they recommended I change to a different super fund. I would make up to 2 million more by retirement etc if I agreed to have them manage my account and switch funds. Then it was a big push to sign the agreement. I said hang on I need time to think about this. Since then they have called me every day for 5 weeks. I finally made the time to talk to them yesterday and I told them that I need a 2nd opinion and I am not ready to sign.
I told them I need to leave the house I am late for school run and my son is waiting for me to pick him up. As soon as I said this his tone changed he was so rude, insulted me said stuff like I’m not a financial expert how could I know that it’s questionable advice. That I have so little super in my account why would they want to scam me when they deal with accounts worth billions of dollars all of the time. I don’t have enough money worth being scammed my account balance is laughable. He was yelling at me at this point. Every time I tried to respond he spoke over me and kept insulting my intelligence and insinuating that I am unreasonable and difficult. I was so upset I was in tears at this stage so I hung up and I have blocked their phone number. It was awful and I am still shaking more than 24 hours later.
Very bad people stay away from them. Something seriously dodgy is going on if they have to resort to bullying, threatening and harassing potential clients.

circumstances, was patient with my challenging questions, what he couldn't help with he went above and beyond to see that I got all the information I needed to make an informed decision and was able to get the best deal possible to set me up for my future retirement. As well as pointing me in the right direction to get help to re finace our home loan. Highly recommended just for the consultants amazing support. Thank you.

Good solid team – I’m glad I checked in with my super as I was paying for insurance policies that weren’t right for me. Found out I could do better by moving my super and I’m actually looking forward to engaging with my money rather than just assuming what I had was ok. He explained how long they have been Operating etc.The end goal is retirement he showed me how good these financial advisers are they got me an extra 3% on what I'm getting now so by the time I get to retirement at 60 is my goal I would have an extra 300k rather then sticking to the big company name I was with for the last 5 years.

But it was a better option for me and I like the prospect of being able to understand how my super is performing now in the next 20 yrs . Do NOT Trust This Mob – Stay the cuss away from these people. seriously out of pocket if that fund is proper bust. Not only that, but the so-called financial adviser who was put in charge of managing my super appears to be a shonky operator who takes money for advice never given. JSMS should be struck off - I'm appalled that people like this are even allowed to operate.
Bad experience – They are friendly when they want your money, the person I was assigned to disappeared from their list of employees. The super company they were recommending was not traceable enough. I am glad I read one of the reviews here which give them 1 star, among the all the 5 stars. That 1 star saved my hard earned money. Be very very careful with these people.

needed. I was sent some documents comparing my super to NetWealth which was recommended. It was a very tech heavy fund which would explain the very high returns. I spoke with a financial advisors and asked some questions - he was great although bounced around some of the questions of how often they engage with clients for advice with the amount of fees each year - I have had experiences where the financial advisor does not offer any advice yet the fees are still coming out. After the chat with the advisor the call went back to another man who was very friendly to start with but same with Rasa, as soon as I became hesitant and just asked for more time to read over and do some more of my own research I felt very pressured as to why I couldn't sign the SOA then and there. I was told "oh so basically what you're saying is you haven't read the documents and you haven't done your due diligence, you wouldn't have seen that we are sponsored by major corporations such as the Cowboys etc" I was well aware as I had looked into the companies and this just made me start to feel more uncomfortable and less confident in the service. He then went on to say that he could only offer a day and then would call back again as due the stock markets etc the offer might change. The customer service was very forceful and I did not appreciate not be able to take my time in what is my future and my money. At the end of the day it is a cold call so it's always going to be questionable.
