Lines and black spaces size as pics – My photos come out with Black space as big as pic sometimes just on the side, bottom.. Has lines over the photos and i haven't used it for awhile.. I'm totally peed of as this has happened to the other one bought also so that is why I bought another one. I thought Kaiser Baa was a good brand.
What a waste of time! – The scanner is going on but that is all - it scans and then everything is in black and white - the menu does not go on neither does any other ... I have spend all day scanning my photos just to find when I worked on the files that they are all black and white
Same problems as Wynh Hodgens – I too bought mine a couple of months ago and only just tried to use today. Very disappointed with performance.
Not very happy spent a long time scanning photos and tried twice so long time very poor result – My photos scanned ok but have a black area the same size as the photo on the side of each one. I moved the slide to correct size and still the same am not very happy yes did calibrate it first. Bought it some time ago but did not use it until now, doubt I would get a refund perhaps problem can be righted.
Not impressed – Have been trying for hours to scan my photos and it scans just black and white and scanning just a half of the photo. After I tried to call the hotline I was asked to send a email and got disconnected- so I went online and saw that the support team is on holiday for a nother week- in a weeks time I am back to work and back to reality and won't be able to deal with this aswell.
Stay away from this scanner – I bought this scanner with the aim of scanning negatives and really wish I had not. I can not recommend anything about it at all. It turns some color negatives into black and white images for no apparent reason. Others it just refuses to scan again for no apparent reason. There is no way of seeing what it has or has not scanned so you need to… Read more
keep pulling the memory in and out all the time.
It only scans negatives in 300dpi - Not sure why since it can scan photos in 600dpi
Save your money and buy a scanner that is not "trying to be so smart" that it end up being "incredibly dum" The on and off button works! Has a mind of it's own - but with a single figure IQ
Don't bother – After following all the instructions, this product couldn't even automatically scan a photo AT ALL: the rollers couldn't move and made a horrible noise. I tried cleaning them with the cleaning tool, but it didn't work. It was an extreme disappointment. I tried calling the customer service number, and had an automatic message tell me to send an… Read more
email, before disconnecting me: very unprofessional. You would think there must be enough of a demand for a reliable and affordable product that can scan your old photos to digital quickly: apparently not. A flat bed scanner may take a lot longer, but I guess its STILL the most reliable and affordable option. well, it didn't work so nothing I guess It simply did not scan photos at all. The rollers made a horrible noise and nothing could be fed through the machine: even the calibration card.
