I have this vacuum and it really hasn’t been at all what I expected! The battery runs flat very very quickly and the suction really isn’t great at all, it’s useless in my eyes but I have had this vacuum for quite some time maybe 1/2 years but it has always been crap since the day I got it I had just forgotten about it until I found it today packed away in a cupboard and thought I’d give it a go again but had no luck… so my question is, is there any way of me getting a refund/half of my money back/ or some sort of voucher to spend with Kambrook without having the receipt considering it really wasn’t up to high standards??? Thanks !

If you need to know if Big W specifically offers a replacement, the place to get the most reliable answer would be Big W. Otherwise, call Kambrook on 1300 139 798.
Best thing to do would be to get a voucher and then use it to get a different brand - because this Kambrook one isn't even useful as a doorstop....from brand new the suction on this model is totally useless to suck anything up.

Hi, i've bought this product from my local woolworths store in 01/09/17 and the battery doesn't charge since august 2017 and i just realised i've still got the receipt of purchase. can i bring it back to woolworth for credit? thank you.

I’m not sure if it’s worth a new battery. I took mine back to Woolworths without a receipt and got store credit. Because it was faulty.

Hi Ness, The battery is fully charged when the indicator light turns from red to green. Depending on how run down the battery is, this can take up to eight hours.On a fully charged battery, the run time is 10-15 minutes.

Can I leave it on charge mode all the time even though I am not using it?
Yes it should be fine..but I am not sure up if it stops by itself when full. Maybe don't leave it on for more than a day in case it doesn't stop charging.
