the money with my credit card. (by the way, it's now August and there has been no confirmation or acknowledgement OR product sent) I spent $130 to buy myself a huge headache, apparently!!!

Not Happy!!! – I ordered and paid for my product 23/03/21. Shop app says goods shipped. Now April 6 - no answers to my 3 emails asking where my goods are, no answer to my phone call. They have my money - I have nothing. Very disappointing and will seek matter out further.

Horrible Customer Service – On the 20/11/2020, purchased Prime D & The Coffee Creamers, received the thank you for your purchase email with the standard you'll be updated with tracking numbers when they've been sent. 10 days and heard nothing, messaged the company via Instagram as they were actively posting, they saw the message but no response. day, got a response saying they're reviewing my order it was apparently sent as two separate packages as there was a delay on the creamers and they would be back in touch shortly to give me my tracking numbers. That afternoon I got an AusPost SMS with a tracking number saying my shipment has been recieved and is on its way, Kegenix was the only package I was waiting for. I waited again for an update from Kegenix but nothing came. I have sent several more messages all without a response. I received my Prime D ketones with a handwritten letter saying if I need help with my diet to reach out as they're happy to give tips and tricks, which is a nice punch in the guts seeing as they can't even provide basic customer service. I'm still waiting on my coffee creamers, and a response, at this stage I doubt I'll receive either. I would not recommend dealing with this company, ever. I've gotten quicker responses and better apologies from Centrelink.

Do not buy from this seller – I have never placed a negative review on this site, but this seller infuriated me. I placed an order for Kegenix on 5 January 2019. I sent an email on 20 January asking where my order was. I received no reply. I then called the number on the website. The person who answered asked me to send an email (I told him I already had) and he promised… Read more

to call me back that night. He didn't.

I sent a text message on 24 January threatening to cancel my order. I received no response. On 25 January I sent a message saying I was cancelling the order. I then received several very apologetic text messages, including a promise of "a little extra product as my way of apologizing for the delay". He promised to send me the details of a consignment note by the following Tuesday (day after long weekend). Still no consignment note by Thursday 31 January, so I asked him to refund my money. I received no response.

It was only through following the dispute process through PayPal that I received notification of the refund. What a total waste of my time!
