Important Read - Outstanding After Sales Service I live in central Queensland and have purchased two kegerators from Kegland within the last 2 years. The purchase and delivery process were nothing but A1 service. The good thing is KegLand can easily be contacted by phone, and you will not be talking to a robot. When they say they will get back to you, they do. Unfortunately, one of my kegerators stopped cooling. It was a disaster, no cold tapped beer on the opening of the NRL footy season. The kegerator was only 14 months old, so technically out of manufacturer’s warranty. I rang KegLand to commence some fault finding and a solution for possible repair. I spoke with Daren; Service Manager, and he guided me through a few quick couple of simple tests to narrow down the fault. He then asked me to take a couple of simple photos of the inside and back compressor area. After he determined the compressor was working, he was able to determine from the photos that there was most likely a small mistake made during the manufacturing process which led to a gas leak. This meant it was written off. Daren authorised a replacement fridge unit to be sent to me in Central Queensland at no cost on the same day. You can’t get better after-sales service than that. The fact that the unit was out of manufacturer’s was not even mentioned, it was just replaced. One of the main factors I will always look at before purchasing a product is after-sales customer service, and I can tell you now, that Kegland offered the best I have experienced! Important note: If you don’t get through on the first phone call, just ring again, as it is a person that is answering the phone! Thanks
