Excellent customer service – I texted Kelly directly and asked if receiving a last-minute cake topper was possible for my parent's 50th anniversary. The cake topper was delivered even earlier than I had requested. Delighted customer!

Unprofessional/Waste of time – Emailed enquiring about a custom topper. She gave short answers and dragged on the conversation making it last days without sending me link to purchase or directing me otherwise. go on her website to purchase it. I searched the entire website and couldn’t find where to go so I emailed her back expressing my frustration with the whole correspondence. She did apologise and told me she’ll send me an invoice but never did. I need this cake topper for a client in a couple of weeks and she just wasted half a week already. I enquired elsewhere and within half an hour sent me a direct link to purchase. That’s how it should be done.
