Appalling customer service – My kitchen tap branded Mondella had the mixer head broken and needed to be replaced. This product, manufactured by KSG, has 10 years warranty however this faulty product lasted less than a year. hold for 11 days before responding and still refused to fix it or refund the money. I am appalled by their customer service and how little they care about their customers. They certainly lost me as a customer. I will never buy their brand again including Estilo, Kinetic and Mondella products all manufactured by KSG. I prefer to pay a bit more and have the peace of mind I have a better-quality product, much better customer service and enhanced customer experience.
