SCAMMERS! I've been jipped like everyone else – I ordered a salad dressing product that I couldn't get anywhere else. It took several weeks to arrive, but it did actually arrive. in 7 days let alone a person living solo in a lockdown with no visitors! Straight to the bin for that one after unsuccessfully trying to return it for a refund. Paypal was not helpful either.

2.5 years of being ignored – I placed an order for around 75 dollars 2.5 years ago. I waited patiently for it to be fulfilled. I'm still waiting. I then asked them to cancel and refund my money. Ya that hasn't happened yet. I'm only posting because I was cleaning out my inbox and found the email thread. Don't order they are a scam.

Criminal's still not being charged with theft – I have lost $109 by ordering two products from kingdom warehouse and never receiving them or a refund. I really don't understand why these criminals are still able to run a company and open more, what sort of law in Australia allows this? You shouldn't have to put a star to get my review accepted because this company deserves five minus's.

Scam store – Ordered, never received. Emailed, no response. Emailed through different route, no response. Still have not received order or any communication a year later.

Don't ever buy from this site – We ordered products in September 2021 and are still waiting. Many emails and phone calls later and we are still getting nowhere. They are listed at Consumer Affairs Vic as being dodgy. I don't understand why they're still allowed to operate. Complete and utter sham. Steer clear!

They take your money and send you nothing but excuses and even they stop – I purchased 2 items off them and one year later I haven’t received anything. I made contact and was told my item was damaged and the were awaiting new items. They thing is… it was discontinued, so where was the replacement items ever coming from?

No Response = NO ORDER – Ordered from Kingdom Warehouse at Easter and still waiting for my order, have emailed and had no response from the team. Will be putting through a paypal request for funds to be returned.

Worst Company ever – Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered. I have been waiting for my item for over a year. Multiple emails sent, kept getting the run around.

SCAM beware – Unsure how they operated for so long as a registered Australian business! Spent quite a bit on Christmas presents last year and items never arrived.

YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING – I purchased something in Oct 2021, I am still waiting. Do not send your bank details through to anyone as you will not receive a single thing! Stay away from them!!!

Got a confirmation email that day: order received with order number. I emailed a confirmation of bank deposit back to show I had paid for the order. I sent an email on December 9, asking to check their accounts to ensure they received payment, and expressed anxiety about not receiving order on time. 17 Dec - received an email saying status had been changed to "awaiting fulfilment" I checked multiple times on the website and send messages on the website about the order. NOTHING TO THIS DAY!

The site is fraud. Police complain done – Bought Gravy and paid, but never arrived. No email response, no phone response. Just hogging money. I wish I read this site review before.

DO NOT ORDER from these people.Ordered[Number Removed] Paid 112.95 and NOTHING ever sent – Ordered Vegemite and jams for my B&B on February 24 of 2022. Paid before they would fill order. Order never arrived. No answers. I guess there is no company. Website being worked on HA HA.

SCAMMER – Wish I had looked at this sight before ordering my goods. Ordered and paid mid May and nothing received and no reply to me emails. Now I know why they were not delivered. How is it that this company is allowed to operate after scamming so many people?

Just a rip off!!! – You order items, your pay upfront and you receive nothing. They do not answer the phone or email. They just take your money and run. Do not buy from this site!!!

Pay with no order – Purchased good in mid June 2022 and now been 6 weeks. No reply on emails, not update on purchase and have now checked, can't even see their website anymore. They should be removed as they are scammers.

Disappointed – I purchased gifts for my daughter’s 1st Christmas back in October 2021 and they gave me 1/3 of the order the cheap stuff, the rest has never arrived. Countless emails with no reply from them. I went to the warehouse where they store all the stuff and it's empty. Website and numbers are shut down. Its very sad as I actually met them and they were lovely!

How can they continue to operate – These people should be in prison they do not send products they do not answer phone calls and emails I recommend people to avoid like the plague. I wish there was away to stop people like this being able to operate

Buyer Beware – I made a purchase from this company in May for my grandsons birthday. Never received it. Tried to phone the number, tried emailing- No reply. I would be in jail if I stole peoples money but this company gets away with it. And they call themselves Australian- what a joke

What a rip off – I placed my order back in April and am still waiting for my goods. Contacted my bank to try and retrieve my money and they weren't successful in their attempt.

If I could give them zero I would – They've taken my money and disappeared. I placed an order and now their website is gone, I have no way of getting a refund for the order that has never even been sent.

Products not delivered – Ordered products & paid on 15/5/22. Advised up to 4 weeks delivery time at order completion. It's now 29/6/22 - no products delivered. No number to call, no website active... down for maintenance - apparently. As others have said don't use.

Scammers – Ordered stuff paid and my order says still awaiting payment sent numerous emails no response no number to call and then I found this page and realised that they are scammers take your money and you get no products or correspondence. DONT USE THIS COMPANY…..
