Kitchenaid Juicer and Sauce Attachment KSM1JA

Thrilled to bits! – My kids love my orange curd jam. One thing that puts me off from making it is to squeeze out the juices. When I found out Kitchenaid actually has an attachment juicer I did not hesitate to order. To my dismay it is not available in Malaysia. Luckily Amazon shipped the accessories here and I couldn't be happier. Excellent product which saved me a lot of time and muscle work!

not what i expected from kitchenaid – i have a horum mk2 juicer at home, its great, powers through any fruit/vegetable no sweat, see my review on that product if you want a juicer i got the kitchenaid juicing attachment for my mixer at work so i can have a juicer at my work as well as my home very disappointed with it 2 flaws i found 1. the motor on the mixer is not strong enough to handle carrots and even struggles with apples, so sad...

and i use my mixer in a commercial kitchen on a daily basis, i know what its capable of and its breaking point, as ive broken the motor once mincing 20kg of chicken with the mincer attachment, but still i would expect it can handle 600ml of juice

Even though the juicer has a blade to cut slice every piece of apple/carrot into thin slices it still cant handle it

2. the less pulp (fine) filter plate still give me way too much pulp, i cant imagine using the most pulp filter, would assume you get something of the consistency of mash potato

and anything leafy like spinach or kale becomes a massive foamy mess with very little juice yield

i cant believe kitchenaid approved this product for sale, in my opinion it ruins their reputation and brand
