Chaotic company – Poor project management and limited communication was very frustrating till the end when Michael stepped in. Mistakes included a flood due to poor plumbing, benchtop was measured incorrectly, stickers over covering problems etc The end product is not too bad as they did try and rectify some of the issues.

wonderful kitchen which still looks like new and a matching laundry which I call "upper class" I can only highly recommend the company and it was a very happy experience to work with them.

Beautiful Kitchen – Kitchenworks supplied us with an amazing kitchen. Helped us with the design, going back and forth as we were trying to work out what was going to work best in our space. Always happy to work with us, focusing on quality. We love our kitchen and would definitely use these guys again. Honest hard working people.

Perfect, we love our new kitchen – From the outset, I found all at Kitchenworks to be very professional. Sam worked with me, altering the design a number of times until it was just right. The schedule worked seamlessly. All trades rang before arriving and were always on time , polite and did a fantastic job. What resulted is a beautiful kitchen that we love, it is easy to clean and always looks great.

Would not recommend – I made the mistake of thinking the guy who came out was a designer. He was great with the software, but was actually a salesman, not a designer. is why I gave them 2 stars, but after about 8 months a pantry door is not closing properly. You pay them for the cabinetry, and all the trades are subcontractors you pay separately. Most were ok, but do not use their plumber. Also insist on firm quotes from the trades. If you are an experienced renovator, have your design worked out and know how to deal with tradesman, you will probably have an OK experience with them. Most of their reviews are good. But if like me, you are a novice at putting a kitchen in, need help with the design, and are not good dealing with trades they are not the company for you.

Fabulous! – We have had bad experiences in the past, where the kitchen company supplies the cabinets and sub-contracts the installation. When things go wrong, they blame each other and nothing gets fixed. SO - mandatory requirement - the kitchen company supplies the cabinets AND fits them. Sam and a Michael came, measured up, and Bingo! A wonderful kitchen! I HIGHLY recommend them!

managed renovation of the whole place, kitchen, laundry and new floorboards throughout. All the tradesmen that came through were excellent and efficient, especially Jason the tiler who was able to do a really funky design with the tiles in the laundry. There were a few hiccups and delays, on my part (the floor was wonky, dodgy electrical box etc) but Sam was able to handle them all with charm and grace and reschedule seemlessly. He even gave emotional support when I was completely overwhelmed with unpacking, going way above and beyond what was necessary. He was even able to give me a referral to a company that dealt with unpacking. All in all a fantastic result in the end. Can't thank them enough.

Everyone who has seen our kitchen has been very impressed. We would not hesitate in recommending Kitchenworks to anyone and would certainly use them again in the future.

What a perfect all round experience!! – We are so in love with our new kitchen! Sam and the team are experts in their field. Always there to help and communication was excellent. Honestly can't recommend – We had 2 kitchens installed with Kitchenworks Belrose and I'm afraid I can't recommend them in any way. The sales pitch was very impressive and we liked the initial design but it went downhill from there. everything ourselves as the people installing the kitchen were independent contractors so there was zero communication between the office and the trades. Changes were made in production to the cabinet style without informing us, designs were made without consultation with a plumber and a draw had to be cut in half in order to be installed, the cutlery holder was left in when the handles were attached so ended up with a drill hole in it, the wrong bin size was ordered for one kitchen and the other one arrived broken, panels were installed scratched/chipped and had to be replaced, a cupboard was installed to open the wrong way so you had to leave the room to open it, and in the process of fixing this and reattaching it to the wall, the bottom of the cupboard was drilled straight through and left like that. In the end it removed from the wall for a 3rd time to have the bottom replaced before being reattached and is now full of drill holes from all the different times it was attached. The quality of the render job was appalling as noted by several tradesmen and I'm now covering that part of the wall with wallpaper to hide it. One of the contractors refused to come unless we paid cash and to their credit, Kitchenworks stepped in and sorted it out so we could pay by card but it still caused delays and unneeded stress. Now less than a year later I've found a kickboard has come loose and one of the floor to ceiling panels appears to be missing a screw to hold it in place.

still exposed throughout the cabinets , which I will have to fix, the installer did not fix in most of the kick panels, I had to redo them, I had to finish of gap sealing the whole bulk head, finish off an end panel he didnt install and pull out the dishwasher straighten and move the cabinet end panel and level the dishwasher as well as the doorknobs were not strait, im wondering when the cabinets are going to fall off the wall, so dodgy, their electrician wired up the cooktop wrong and never installed power points on the island like they were supposed to as well as dodgy wiring behind splashback. Their cabinet installer did not turn up for around 4 different appointments, so disapointed, I base doing business with people on reviews and they had some good reveiws, but I strongly recommend you DONT use them, I have photos too by the way.
