Extremely Happy Customer – Klein sells the best office furniture, we have used them several times. They offer the best price, product quality and customer service. Any issues are resolved with minimal hassle. Their staff is very professional and the delivery drivers are very courteous. Impeccable customer service and highly recommend them.

Great company to work with – Very pleased with this companies offering. We recently purchased some desks and chairs, the chairs are really comfy. Overall process was very good and we were happy with the service we recieved.

Absolutely terrible service from this business - their mistakes ended up costing my business a fortu – Purchased some stock furniture and 2 pieces of custom made furniture to be delivered to Brisbane and Perth, from their Melbourne office. constantly being let down by the guy I was dealing with, he lied time and time again about why everything was delayed, then lied again when a table that was delivered to Perth was smashed to pieces. Even asked the transport company to lie to me (which of course they didn't as the obviously have some dignity) Eventually sent the invoice with not so much as $5 discount for the many $100s of dollars that I had to pay for rental furniture while waiting weeks for them to get their act together. I questioned this and was told the full invoice amount stands!!!

I will never ever do business with this joke of a company again and will be bending over backwards to ensure all my business contacts are aware to stay well clear also.

Worst service than could ever be imagined – We ordered two products. One was first class and installed perfectly. The second has taken from April to August to get right and is still not delivered. Please if you are thinking of purchasing any furniture from this store do not pay upfront till furniture and any missing parts are fully completed and delivered.

We put our trust in this company to deliver what they promised and that are the missing parts and also their promise of excellent customer service.

Finally our missing laminate buttons arrived in the post yesterday 14th September 2015, and unfortunately we were sent out grey buttons instead of our correct color aristan oak. No person would attach grey buttons to a laminate that is brown in color. These buttons should of been ordered from the manufacture of the laminate so they can cut out from an existing laminate the same color as our desk and filing cabinets.

We believe this was a small and simple request and we were promised this in April 2015 when our office furniture was assembled.

It is totally unacceptable to have been waiting over 3 months for missing parts to arrive as promised. And after 5 months they arrive in the post with the incorrect color.

We will not recommend family or friends to shop at this store as they lack customer service skills in following thru simple missing parts to make our furniture complete.
