Knog PWR Road Bicycle Light

Mount comes loose, unit did not handle a drop from handlebar height – I found that every few rides, the mount would come loose. The major issue I had, which appears to be unusual based on what 99Bikes said, is that after the light dropped from a height of the handlebar, the unit did not work, and Knog did not accept the warranty claim. The unit still looked in perfect order visually, but they said the impact caused the light component to break. However, even the battery portion would not supply power to external devices via USB.
Bad attachment, Briliant light – Hi I purchased a Knog PWR Road bike light but every few days the light slips off the bike. The light is really good i love it and use it every day now it is dark. The only problem I’m facing is the way the light is attached to my bike. Knog supply with the light something call a PWR Side Mount and i have to use the supplied rubber shim as my bars are small. I tighten the PWR Side Mount, it is really tight, but every so often the light attachment slips off the shim. Knog support say it is not tight enough but i can’t tighten it any further. I also noticed that the arm to tighten it moves to the side when i go over bumpy roads, there are a lot on my way to work.
Have a look here if you are interested https://www.knog.com.au/bike-lights/pwr-range/pwr-side-mount.html to see the side mount and here is the light https://www.knog.com.au/bike-lights/pwr-range/pwr-road.html. The side mount comes with the light.
It is hard to explain to someone how doesn’t have one but i would love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or as knog has said it is just me :(
Anyhow please let me know
