So Disappointed with The Dining Chairs – 2 of the 6 chairs we purchased had to be returned due to manufacturing faults. The chairs come with the assembly required being putting on the legs. This is done by securing them with screws that have a hand turn on the end (see picture). This results in sore hands pretty quickly posing uneven tightness an then once you have sat on them for a few weeks they loosen up and you go through the same process again. It is a poor design and you can never get the chairs to sit 100% flush with the ground.

The 2 stars is only given due to the fact that getting replacement chairs wasn't difficult once they acknowledged their was a fault which was borderline OK. The chairs themselves a waste of money and time with ongoing maintenance.
