Oh. My. Goodness. My windows have never been so clean!! With such minimal effort I got maximum results. I have never been so happy with a cleaning product. My shower screen is spotless, my oven and microwave doors, my car windows and all my mirrors are immaculate. I raved about it to my mum and mother inlaw and now they have bought some. I have also convinced some friends. Highly reccommend the Koala cloth.

I must admit I was skeptical at first when I read how good they were but honestly, they are amazing. My husband tried it on his shower screen and said 'come and have a look at my shower screen!'. It was spotless. Hard to get him excited about cleaning, I can tell you. Great for eyeglasses and splashbacks too. One important point I feel is that you don't need any cleaning products at all. Show reply

We ordered the extendable dusting kit that has a telescopic pole. This proved to be completely useless due to a design fault allowing the duster head to continually swivel around when it comes into contact with a surface to be dusted. As requested, we sent them a video showing the problem only to receive a reply saying that we were outside of the… Read more

Koala cloth is excellent -it is very easy to use giving a streak free clean removing water spots, marks and limescale from my shower screens and glass surfaces. Very happy with this purchase and will be ordering up some smaller sized koala cloths for cleaning my windows! I would thouughly recommend this product. Show reply

I bought these for my partner. He says he has been trying to clean his Kitchen benchtops and cupboards for 5 years, and can finally clean them completely. He was so thrilled with the one I gave him as a present, he asked me to order 3 more so he can prioritise them across different areas - greasy splashbacks, windows and cupboard doors. Show reply

Just received my cloths from Koala cloth and am disappointed because I was expecting a product that would outshine my current Shein microfiber cloths. To my surprise the only difference between the Koala cloth and the ones I bought from Sheina few weeks ago is the price and the label tag as the Koala cloth has the tag embossed with the name… Read more

koala cloth in the corner and the Shein cloth does not. It still took the same time and effort to clean my windows and showers. There was no difference both preformed well, absorbed the same, and dried surfaces the same . I was stunned as they looked the same so I investigated both cloths and companies When I investigated the Koala cloth website it says it’s a USA company that has its products made in China. Shein has the cloths made in China as well. They are identical in every way.

Save yourself some money and buy this product from Shein as a 3 pack of 40x 30 cloths will cost you $6.95 or $2.80 each. The smaller size 20x20 cloths are $1.80 and the larger size 40 x60 cloth is $4.51 . To buy three clothes one of each size (S, M, and L cost me $9 .11 from Shein and the micro fiber glove cost me an extra $2 and the thin brush cost me an additional $1.40 a grand total of $12. 51. Koala cloth charged $89.95 ( with the 50% discount) for same products.

I tried all cloths, gloves, and brushes from both Shein and Koala cloth on the same surfaces and textures. Honestly I could not find any difference between either of them in performance. They both preformed equally well on my windows and kitchen leaving no streaks ,fluff, or dirt. My kids could not see any difference between the window I cleaned with the koala cloth verses the window I cleaned with the shein cloth. There was no difference in effort it took to clean either. Therefore next time I will buy more Shein cloths and save myself $75 in the process .

In my opinion Koala cloth is not worth buying and it is using marketing to imply it’s an Australian company selling Australian products when it is not and you have to open the tabs on its website to get to the fine print to see where this company operates from and where the goods actually come from. There is a 619% markup between the shein cloths and the Koala cloth cloths for no noticeable difference as they both are of the same quality and performance so I know which one I will be buying more of in the future .

I would not be surprised if both of these companies cloths were made in the same factory in China as they are identical in quality, performance, size, and appearance . The only difference is the labelling . In my opinion Koala cloth is a complete rip off.

I attached pictures. Two pictures of the shein cloth ( it came with a choice of light grey or dark grey I chose the dark grey ) .Two pictures are the koala cloth in the lighter grey. As you can see from the photos both are made of the same material. The other pictures are screenshots of what koala cloth charges verses what shein charge for identical products.

Product arrived with a faulty attachment (unable to attach to extension pole due to missing part). This company has refused to replace citing a 60 day policy - I only discovered the problem after 77 days as I had not yet tried to use that particular attachment. Steer clear of this company extremely poor customer service. This company has now rectified the problem by reluctantly sending a replacement for part.

Misleading advertising and extremely poor quality. Shipped to Australia from China. Tracking details when you finally get an email stays static for days- very long delivery time. Stitching on cloth nothing like you see on cloth in ads. Looks like a tacking stitch that will fall apart after first wash. Cloths are so thin they are see through. Not Australia simply imported by Jessie but she could be AI who knows!!

Pity I can't leave a negative star or I would! this is absolute trash! I ordered, realised almost immediately that it is not an Australian product and I had been charged an unexpected foreign fee. don't want to. I left a poor review on another review site and they have responded by advising that I can swap the product for something else - obv an automatic response as they would not offer to swap a product when it's the dodgy misleading company that I am complaining about!! So now they offer me another product, or a partial refund or return at my expense for a full refund (less my time, post costs etc etc)....So they advertise a full refund....but they want me to spend more time and effort and fuel to drive to a post office, buy postage at my expense (at least $15 plus my time, fuel etc) to return to them before they will refund. They are misleading and they blame the customer for their poor service and misleading advertising! Buyer beware!! you can't even 'return to sender' the parcel and therefore not have to pay yourself to return it as there is no return address on it!!

I have seen many ads, so I investigated the company and product to see if they were legit. They are. I went on to purchase some of their cloths, the 60cmx40cm, the XXL, and tried them. I am soooo happy with them!!!! They really do what they claim… Read more

they do!!! I do recommend them. I was using the normal, bought-in-Bunnings microfiber ones, after much convincing from my daughter, but I stopped using those as there is no comparison!!! Those other ones are totally useless by comparison!!!

They are pretty pricy, but I think they are totally worth it and am planning to buy other sizes and other stuff from them.

Follow-up  · I bought 12 of the big ones at first. Gave 3 to my daughter. I went on to buy 12 of the small 20x20 ones. I used the big ones on everything. I especially love the tip of just wiping down the shower quickly after I use it. I have never had to "deep clean" the shower since. I used to scrub it down with baker's friend I think it is called, every week… Read more

I purchased a set of these not expecting them to be as good as the hype, but curious to see if they were better than my other microfibre cloths. I was surprised how well they performed that I purchased a 2nd lot and gave them to appreciative… Read more

family members. My sister loved that she used one of hers to chamois her whole car in one go ( a Mazda 3)- although not a large car , she used to have to constantly squeeze out a chamois.

I have both the large and medium sized cloths. They have replaced my cheap shower microfibre cloths.

I have a large in the bathrooms, a quick wipe absorbs water and leaves a streak free finish on my shower glass, my bathroom mirrors sparkle ✨️, no repeated wipes to remove smears.

I have a medium koala cloth in my kitchen- using it damp to clean and shine my stone bench tops. It leaves the benches with a silky smooth finish- no chemicals used. After a 'clean' I pop it in the washing machine .

The big test was my car- wanting a cloth that doesnt scratch, not heavy ( some are heavy and weighty once wet) and can clean without soap.

Photos attached show my car dirty before- ( bit hard to see in pic, but trust me it had a coat of accumulated dirt on it) and shown after washing. I used the cloth to remove the dirt, I rinsed it clean with the hose , then I squeezed it out and used the same cloth to mop up the water beads when I would have previously use a chamois.

It was a quick and easy process, I also wiped over my interior window glass inside and out for a clear finish. One cloth did it all.

My tip if buying , get enough for each area you want to use them. Ie, I have them in each bathroom hanging on a hook in shower area to wipe over glass after showering, one in kitchen, and one for my car. They wash well in the washing machine, and dry quickly.

Not sure how long they will last, but so far so good after 3 months of using them.

Certainly worth buying, and price wise they are around a similar price to an Auto Shop car quality microfibre cloth price, which I've tried, But the koala cloth is lightweight and performs as a heavy weight.

My only con is, ..the marketing....they are from what I see continually on sale online 50% off until 'tonight', or ' black friday' , or another sale name... it sort of made me wonder their real value. But still giving 5 stars for performance as turned out they're great, I just dont like their marketing strategy.

Follow-up  · Since washing multiple times they are still performing well. ( I use Dirt Liquid detergent only - no fabric softener- ever) I haven't used them on tough stains, the toughest would be road grime and bird poop residue on my car which removed without difficulty. No lint or residue left behind.

A friend saw a video on Facebook and sent it to me. I placed an order and when it arrived I thought here is the test. I tried this product on my glass sliding doors, my stainless steel fridge and my sink. Wow. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed. No chemicals needed. Just water and these wonderful koala cloths. It did everything that was claimed in the website. Super happy. Show reply

Absolute rubbish. I bought a cloth and a brush for $60. It’s basically a rag and the brush is thin and useless. Can’t believe I fell for it. Seriously, go to Bunnings and buy a $4 grout brush and a super absorbent cloth. Or go to Planet Arc and buy a quality product that will last years. Tried to return it, and was told I’d have to pay $20 postage! Scam!

I was sucked in by their advertising. The cloth is an over-priced, oversized microfibre cloth which is good for mopping up water. It doesn’t clean the bathroom. Detergent or white vinegar cleans your bathroom. The Koala Cloth merely mops up excess water. Because it is oversized, it takes longer to dry out resulting in a damp smelly cloth in cooler… Read more

I ordered one mitt to try out during a sale. When I paid there was 2 cloths I’d paid for but on contact the company, very quickly, they said my to mitts had gone for packing and the order couldn’t be changed. Still, postage was not at all quick. These clothsDO leave glass and stainless steel dry and without water spots but I really don’t think they are worth so much extra money. I’m returning the second one for a refund.

I love my Koalacloths. I have one in each bathroom, laundry, kitchen and my husband has one in each car. I wish I had known about these earlier as I would have saved a lot of money buying inferior cloths. My shower screens, mirrors and windows never looked so clean and sparkling. Great product highly recommend. I tell everyone who will listen to buy them! Thanks Koala cloths. Great product. Show reply

I saw the advertisement between games on my iPad and hoped the glowing reports were actually true. Well, they are, I am delighted with the results. I only need one Koala cloth the wipe down the glass, tiles and floor after a shower. The glass shines with no need for products. I shared my discovery with a friend who laughed and said she uses the Koala cloths and she’d bought them as gifts for her daughters. Show reply

Ok I very rarely review products. Even more rarely do I LOVE something I buy after seeing it online. And I HATE cleaning. But somehow, against all odds, I am so impressed with these cloths. I have them sprinkled all over the house - bathroom- indispensable- kitchen- can't live without them. Thoroughly recommend. Show 2 replies
