False Advertising – The inbuilt apps dont work actually none do... Kogans credibility is way down with this TV it does not do what it says it does. I would like a refund or will be taking this further. Show details

Horrible Horrible TV – Picture quality is horrible Sound is better on my old iPhone 4 Remote died almost immediately - been living without one but now the power on button on the TV takes about 10 times before it turns on. Was recommended and sent a new remote but it's not compatible. Was told to update firmware for a better image but the original remote is needed so it can't be done. My advice - never buy anything from Kogan or Dick Smith.

Best thing I've bought this year! – A great TV - especially with the inclusion of the Chromecast which makes the TV is compatible with Netflix and other viewing apps. The TV connects well with our Google Home meaning that we are able to be extremely lazy & control the TV with our voices from bed - barely have to touch the remote at all! The picture is clear & the sound is fantastic. For A cheap TV I would highly recommend.

Good Led for bedroom – I am a new international student and recently move to here in Melbourne and so couldn't afford expensive brands. I select Kogan brand after two of online research from YouTube and forums. They provide high resolution in cheap and there are a lot of connectivity options available for it. Backup from KOGAN – Talked to KOGAN SERIVICE they sent me a download I had to put on a stick wouldn’t download after a lot of back and forth and numerous attempts,gave up. Luckily my mate is a whiz he had to use old windows program to download,anyhow stuck it in tv appeared to work at least the tv turned on but missing a lot of apps including Netflix at a loss this tv will be very shortly landfill Show details

Rubbish! – My partner and I bought the smart TV and omg! How something can be so bad. screen, no image at all, just the voice. Well done we bought a TV and ended up with a Radio. Plus, we got Netflix After few months it show the TV dont support it, we thought it would be a Netflix issue, we deleted the app and not able to download it anymore. Never ever ever ever KOGAN again.

Awful – Awful. Bought this in October 2018. Played Netflix for the first month then stopped. Netflix no longer support this TV apparently. description or sample - The advertisement says it supports abc iview, it doesn't, advertisements from respected computer articles suggest that Netflix works on this tv, but it doesn't. (PC World on 3rd April 2018) Products will be fit for purpose - Although this TV has an android operating system, the operating system cannot accept many important apps, for example, Netflix, abc iview, designed for that operating system Repairs and spare parts - I have asked Kogan to update the operating system to allow for the important apps eg. Netflix but they are unwilling.

Product does not do what it is advertised as – Unable to download apps, despite advertising that it does it. Netflix does not display users, there is no way of selecting a particular show/movie. Thanks for nothing Kogan for my slow dumb TV – We have good wi fi here at home, but the Agora TV is too slow to stream a movie - takes forever to load. To make matters worse Kogan don’t even offer technical support over the phone, you have to write them an email and they either call you back a few days later or just send you an email with links to their website.

These TV’s are cheap for a reason, don’t buy into these products they are just a waste of time and money.

Its not playing Browser & Youtube App – I hardly used my Kogan bought in 2016. As i tried to use it today and found that its very lagy while nevigation through the options. USB after it reboots i can see the USB contents absolutely fine even treid to updgrade via Settings option. Really not work spending $$ as this was my first Kogan product and also last.

Biggest piece of rubbish I’ve ever bought – For a smart tv this one is pretty dumb! Could not access internet and watch a movie without it crashing. Amazing colours, great definition and a great price!! – Tv is a great size for a familia room, colours are intense, definition is great and easy to set up, manual is user friendly and the people at JB hi-fi Claremont helped with all my questions, also helped with useful hints on how to set it up by myself. I added the blu-ray/dvd player to the set and it works wonderful, (not a fan of Netflix) the image is sharp and clean for a fantastic affordable price.  Show details

I tried to connect Netflix or even Youtube, but nothing is working. I tried to refresh, reset and followed all the instructions I found online to try to fix it, but nothing worked. I decided to return now.

No app is available for android version 4 also
