Can you tell me remote code please?i bought from kogan new one but does'nt work...
the green light comes on, on the remote and the sound goes to full without touching the buttons. Any ideas?

Hi.Bought TV in Feb 2014 and had no problem with it at all. All of a sudden a green light will appear on the top of the remote control between the 2 red buttons and we cannot do anything with the TV except change channels. Cannot mute, change sound, get menu or preview programmes. Nothing. Wondering what the problem is? It can happen when we're not even touching the remote.
