When going from standby to on, this tv displays the kogan screen, then restarts, goes back to the kogan screen, and repeats...... And will continue to do this for a long time - up to 1/2 an hour. Then finally, it does boot correctly, and we are away. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

does the tv support pendrive in fat32 or NTFS or exfat..because i am having issues playing mp4 thorugh NTFS formatted pendrive
Hi Sai, this TV will FAT32 format. All Kogan TVs we sell are compatible with 2.0 USB sticks up to 32GB, as well as externally-powered USB 2.0 hard drives up to 2TB in size. If you're having some issues viewing MP4 files, please see the guide below:

Yes, probably the biggest problem with Kogan TVs is their lack of support for exFAT or NTFS, meaning they are limited to a maximum of 4GB file size, and a hard drive size of 2TB. That is why I recommend people stay away from them. Other than that they seem quite good. I really wish Kogan would get with the times and add support of either (or both) exFAT or NTFS. It could even be done via a firmware upgrade.

Hi i recently bought a new tv and for some reason even though my ps4 is plugged into the hdmi port when i turn on the power for the tv it clearly turns on as the light is green on the bottom left, but i cant change channels, open menu, change input or ANYTHING at all. It just stays a black screen but the tv is definitely on and when i press buttons on the remote i see the tv light flashing but its not responding to anything i select. It was working fine before i turned it off and when i turned it on again it came to this. Please help!
Are you pointing the remote directly to the infrared receiver?
