Hi I'm using Kogan series 8 KU8000 TV and want to connect sound bar through HDMI ARC port? Does this TV has HDMI ARC port? At least one of them? Thanks
Can anyone tell me where I find the timer button on this remote for the 50 inch. I want to discontinue an ongoing preset timer recording and I googled and it said to have the TV on live watching and press the timer button. There is no such named TIMER button. Thanks to anyone who can supply an answer. Liz
Hi I had same prob but patience paid off Go to menu select channel and then select schedule and then delete what you don’t want Hope that helps

Our tv said" software update in progress do not turn off tv". Software updates to 100% then turns off. Why? How do we get the tv to work?

Hello, My Kogan 55" 4K LED TV (Series 8 KU8000) keeps turning its self off. its just over a year old. Ive tried replacing batteries in the remote & have even taken the batteries out & tried to turn on manually. but it keeps turning its self off. it was fine 2 hours ago when i was watching something. I turned it off did a few things came back & now all it does is shows the kogan logo, has the word loading under it. then just turns off. Any ideas?
So disappointed after i purchase tv from kogan.

Im doubt that the tv that im going to receive it that God knows when im going to get it is good or bad.

No sure why I've gotten this question. I don't work for Kogan. I have purchased about a dozen TVs over the last 3 years (I'm network admin at a school). I've been happy with the quality of the TVs we have purchased and the shipping times. Got 4 2 weeks ago arrived in 2 days must have been locally warehoused. Got 3 from Eastern states that were about 6 days shipping a few months back.
I'm annoyed they no longer have a support number you can call but the email support with my 1 ticket to them this year was well dealt with well.

Not sure of the model number but it is 55inches and 1 year old. When I turn it on with the remote it begins loading then turns off. I have tried turning it off and on at the wall but that doesn’t help. Turns off during loading. Any ideas?

Does the Kogan 75" TV Support HDMI 2.0? The specifications are confusing.
yes, anything 4k related requires the input. hdmi port 1 and 2 on the tv have the compatibility. You need to output something 4k related into these 2 ports, eg a 4k blu ray player, ps4 pro, 4k amp etc. This tv does not have hdr that you can turn on, I'm still waiting on an answer as to whether kogan can supply a firmware update to the chipset, but it'll probably be a no. given the price, it's a minor issue but if you are pushing a ps or xbox through this tv you may need to disable the consoles setting. Hope that helps.

Are there any plans to release a hdr firmware update as the panel and chipset used on this product are similar in spec. to the ones that Samsung are currently updating with their hdr+firmware rollout?

Can I Get this shipped to South Australia?
Hi Brian, 65 and 75 inch TVs are only available for delivery in Melbourne & Sydney metro areas and selected regional surrounds. During checkout please put in your postal address to see if it is available in your area.
However TVs as large as 55 inch can be delivered to almost anywhere in Australia including SA.
Does this model have ARC functionality?
Not sure but if is anything like the 49 inch I purchased do yourself a favour and steer clear of it
It says it does but I tested and it does not.
