would have been appropriate and a minimum in good customer service. We have been dissatisfied with this cheap TVs performance ever since and regret the purchase. We would never buy Kogan products again. (An aside - If you do buy from Kogan prepare your inbox!! expect a barrage of almost hourly emails promoting their products!!) Do not expect good things from Kogan branded electrical goods, they are cheaply made and after having problems with another Kogan product I can say when they do fail (which is likely! They’re so flimsy!) after sales support is appalling.
