I will give a negative review if possible – We had two Kohler toilets installed at our new home. The toilet has been leaking since three months. The customer service is crap , very hard to get hold of , there is one guy whom we talk to and they take no responsibility. We are waiting on a part to be delivered. all. I seriously don’t know what they boast of and why they charge that much for the toilet .

They seriously need to work on customer service .

Kohler Toilet seals – I have 3 Kohler toilets in my house, after just 5 years water escaped from around the back of one of the toilets when it was flushed. floor. A quick way to inspect the seal is to get a mirror & torch, simple. I found the other 2 toilet seals were close to perished as well. Kohler Englefield were very kind & sent 3 replacement seals which were duly fitted & advised it could be the water quality, cleaning products used, incorrect lubricant on install or... I offered to send them the seals but I think the photos were enough. Beats me but after having a number of houses over years this was the first time I have found toilet seals to have become so degraded/rotten over such a short time. Not blaming Kohler or anyone but just getting the problem out there incase other Kohler owners can add to this review. Otherwise the toilet itself (I think it is a Panache model) it a beauty, looks good & hasn't dated.

March 6th 2018 Update: Kohler Toilet Seats

As commented by another reviewer the Kohler plastic lids have discoloured & yellowed badly & this is on the toilet seat which doesn't get any sunlight at all & not highly used...
