Their emails immediately stop the second they have your money. We wasted $4,270.92. We still haven't received our money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

new customer, now she is MIA as well. If you find these people let them know our girls are cold. $2000 from a small high school down the drain. NOT HAPPY. We are lodging a complaint with fair trading.

Should change their name to Theiving Sportswear – This company is a deadset scam. Take the money and never deliver product. They promise refunds but it never happens... don't bother wasting your time and money dealing with them

Out of Pocket – Ordered 1 shirt to show the Club, as to what it looked like, paid for it myself personally, did not receive it, and have not received my money back. Total cost lost was only $55.00, but it could have cost our club thousands of dollars if we had gone ahead with the order. Just a waste of time and effort trying to get my money back.

This company is a straight up SCAM! be aware – If i could give them zero stars i would. Paid the $10,000.00 deposit in order to get things underway and i have not received anything in return. company it is a scam. I have had to use lawyers to attempt to get my money back as they have taken months past the deadline and the only samples i have received are shockingly bad quality.

0 stars, take the money and run – DO NOT deal with Kombat Sportswear or any associate, they take the money from small clubs and DO NOT deliver. They do not return phone calls, answer emails and have no morals. [name removed], [name removed], and any of their associates. They claim to have been operating since 1992, but filed for bankruptcy in 2014 and still trade as Kombat. Do yourself & all the kids a favour and find a decent supplier for your sports gear.

Criminals! – Do not use this business!!! We are a large digital printing business and on request of a client we agreed to place a wholesale order with Kombat. Paid the money in full and have not received the shirts 3 months on. Emails and phone calls are left unanswered. We have been promised a full refund now but again, cannot get hold of any one all of a sudden. This business is highly criminal and should be avoided at all cost!

No returned calls, no returned emails, no returned money – These guys are so dodgy, and now they have a venture capital organisation too. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KOMBAT!!!!! They take your deposits, dont fulfill the orders and you cant talk to someone as they only have an answering machine. They are ripping off community clubs!!!!

been received. Have lodged complaint with Consumer Affairs. Emails are now bouncing back. They send you multiple emails offering you a 50% discount and after you spend all your time designing, authorising, checking colour samples and print samples that they send you. You get nothing.

Rubbish! – We paid for uniforms in full - based on a good proof given. The uniforms were delivered in a completely wrong colour! Would not answer calls or return them. No communication whatsoever. Very bad customer service! We had to completely write off the batch of uniforms. Will never use them again and would not endorse them to anyone!!

An Awful Company to Deal With – This was the most unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with. The worst customer service, they constantly told me what I wanted to hear even if it wasn't the truth or they would just stop communication all together not responding to my emails or returning my phone calls. It was stressful and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and we as a team will never use them again.

Paid for order..yet have seen or heard nothing 6 months on – Our local hockey club ordered and paid up front for some all weather jackets...$1400. As yet 6 months on I have received nothing. I have had email contact stating that they will check with production but that seems to lead to nothing. Have tried the toll free number but no answer from any of the options. Worried that this is a scam and our club had been dudded. Has anyone got an alternate number I can call other than the 1300 134 968?

Kombat is Dishonest and Shameful – Our women's hockey team has order uniforms which have come well and truely after the delivery date, also we paid up front as per their request. sized (size 10 bodysuit with a size 14 skirt), they were stained, smelt of cigarette smoke and what do you know, made in Asia lol.

Numerous attempts have been made to them with no response, spoke with the CEO Ricky Jackson of Kombat over 3 weeks ago, still no response. Sporting clubs/teams find it hard enough to raise money let alone thieving dishonest companies like Kombat acquiring it.

Disgusting – Worst customer Service Ever. No one gets back to you about anything. I received my order but its incorrect. Wrong sizes, uniforms didn't come with the numbers on the front as clearly requested. I have made many attempts to get back in touch for 2 weeks now and still no reply. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.....

Very dishonest – Will not return phone calls or will not send product! Avoid at all costs. We have been waiting for a response for over 12 months but can not get an answer.

Con Artists – Same thing happened to our soccer club took our $5000 and have nothing to show for it. Complete thieves! Avoid at all costs!!!

Will take your money, but will not deliver any clothing – My sons cricket club have placed an order with this company, who insisted that the club pay in full. 2 months later, no playing shirts or hats. I now appears that the company will not deliver anything, leaving a small country cricket club $5000 in the hole. Do not use this company. Fails to deliver products, but continues to take orders.
