Konica Minolta bizhub – The worst copier we ever purchased. Breaks down weekly- Feeder gets jammed constantly- A lizard looking imprint is on the copies- New drum needed ,monthly! I wish there was a lemon law on this copier!

Terrible – If you are from a small business, avoid Konica at all costs. They don't treat SME business customers very well based on my experience. One thing which annoyed me and anyone would be konica technical support only deal with people whom purchased services contract from them. I had a leased lemon C252 sitting in the office for two week now because Konica refused to send their tech team because my company was under administration despite us assuring them that we are paying COD for the service. Called up a couple of local technicians and they had not managed to solve the problem. I had to help the technician to search internet and forum for solutions. All the technicians I spoke to said that Konica Minolta copiers were a pain to service and maintain.
