Get your quote in writing – This hairdresser has been running a price quoting scam for a number of years. The store manager quotes one price then charges a higher price when it’s time to pay. Their usual pattern is to tell the client that they misheard the original price. Be aware that the owner of ‘Koogaas’ operates another hairdressing store in the same Runaway Bay Shopping centre, called ‘Illusion’. Do not trust these scammers with your hair because their skills are very ordinary, making the scam even more painful.
