the glass (Mokuzai model) was to be presented in a wooded box. It was in a crushed cardboard box. After contacting customer service they gaslit me and stated that this glass never came with a wooden box (despite it still stating that detail now on the product's page). Their solution? I buy my own wooded box to put this $8 glass that could be purchased from Shein or Temu.

I went through PayPal's resolution centre who were a massive help, but I still had to pay $25 to ship this monstrosity back to China. AVOID this scam company at all costs! While I fell for their glossy website, there is nothing authentic about them. Please check out their return terms and conditions page to see it has been ripped from another website. Also, Japanese whisky is spelled without an E, so with it spelt incorrectly on their website, that is a red flag right there!
