They work and are genuine – I was a bit skeptical but got a pack of 3 and put my credit cards into them. Found a bit of nuisance when using them taking them out of the holder and putting back but after awhile the Defenders fitted more comfortably in my wallet Now as for actually working. I went through airport security at Perth WA airport and my wallet was picked up on the alm scanner. The security person ran the wand over me and I was holding my wallet above me as they instruct. She told me it was something in my wallet that was causing the alarm. I opened my wallet and had cards in sleeves. Eventually after a lot of head scratching they got me to take my cards out and the Wallet was ok but the cards because they would not accept the signal from their scanner set the scanner off. Not a problem and I learnt something that day as did the security people. It proves they do block scanners anyway.

Korjo DID NOT WORK – I have just been scammed and both credit cards were in a Korjo Sleeve Is there a use buy date on these sleeves as I have had them for about 10 years

Everyone (with a credit card) needs Protection – I bought 2 of the Korjo brand credit card protection sleeves 6 months ago for $6.50. It is claimed to block RFID signals and to prevent unauthorized transmissions of information in order to protect against identity theft. At the time there was concern about the possibility of 'skimming' credit cards and I looked at a number of options. A sleeve option suited me as I only have 2 cards to worry about; other devices protect the whole wallet, however those with a battery had to be binned when the battery died.

While a sleeve only protects one card, it is cheap and easily replaced.

I feel a degree of confidence with my electronic cards in Korjo sleeves; I tried waving one card over a supermarket scanner while it was in in a sleeve - the card was not read!

So I'm happy, and having noticed the recent adverts for anti-skimming devices, I thought it appropriate to submit a report.
