It’s been. 3 months of continuous use (I have stage 4 endometriosis) and it’s still as useless as the day I got it.

They don’t even refund or anything… save your money, my Woolworths heat pack stays hot for HOURS and I’d rather just shove that down my pants then roll and re roll this constantly trying to heat this bloody thing up

Barely lasted a couple of months. Kosi split after less than a dozen uses after heating for 2 minutes in the microwave. Customer service was quick to blame - unapologetic and refused any compensation. Do yourself a favour, choose a company that produces a quality product they are willing to stand behind.
