Sales wasted my time – Tried to buy a single 19inch lightweight wheel as a spare... openly refused to provide any data, no options, and told me an 18inch would fit... ugh.. I was polite, but clearly didn't want me as a customer? My budget was under $800.. so maybe their wheels are more expensive..

Brought very expensive wheels M3 – New G80 M3 wheels made by Koya for my car over $8k spend for rims , rims looked great for 10days - but after that the chrome outer rim has discoloured and wheels look like they are 5 years old. Sent pics to Koya - they have my money and are not interested in resolving there issue with there product. Need to go to fair trading now. Buyers be very wary of this company.
Amazing wheels and great service and communcation! – I bought custom wheels for my corvette finished in bronze. Look amazing, completely changed the look of the car. Easy to deal with and very helpful and knowledgeable! I have had many cars with aftermarket wheels and these are as good as any wheel I have bought.
On time shipment and wheels look good – Communication was good via phone call, wheels arrived when promised. Having a look at them they appear to be flawless. Just havent had the chance to fit them yet though, so not sure about fitment
Koya wheels are no good – Koya wheels are not good quality. Problem 1. The casting all 4 of my “semi forged” rims is uneven. Problem 2. The one thing a wheel should be is round! I paid over $1600 for brand new wheels direct from Koya in Brisbane and had to send them back to“repair” the out of round. Came back still imperfect. I would never get another set of Koya’s. Anthony at Koya apologised but i should have got a refund as these wheels are still out of round.
Koya Custom Wheels: Caution - Order your custom wheels from this company at your own risk – You would think a Custom Wheel company would know what the offset of the wheel you ordered should be after you have provided them with the make and model of the car, but not this company. Even after they get the wheel offset completely wrong you still have to try and convince them to get it right. I should have gone for a more reputable brand such a BBS wheels than try to save a few dollars with Koya wheels and have the hassle with fitment.
