Can't deliver on the promise – I placed my order for the VIP package in Oct 2020. My money was taken immediately. I got part of the order in May 2021. I was promised the remainder 'soon'. I kept following up and being promised. In July I said send the remainder or refund the money. I was told refund would be made in a few 'weeks'. 15 months and still waiting for a settlement – I purchased a Kraft gun on the 12th May 2020 Never received a gun so after endless emails on the31th January 2021 I was given a order cancellation. It's now the 23rd August 2021 and despite numerous emails I still don't have my refund. I can't get a date for a refund but I do get many messages wishing me a "Wonderful day". Scam – They are quick to take money and provide promises, but now over a year dealing with them and trying to get refunds due to no product, still nothing. Strongly recommend not to buy

Great Product – Strong sturdy build ...great torque. You can tell it's a good product once you handle it. Used it on back..shoulder blades..calves...can't fault it. I was not the purchaser though, my brother bought this. I am now thinking of buying one for myself.

Do not give them money - scam – I ordered this last year and they kept stalling and delaying. I never received product so I requested refund. They said two weeks to process. Two weeks later I followed up and they said two more weeks. I let three weeks go by that time and when I followed up they said two more weeks. There is no product and customer service is a joke. Kraft gun – I ordered two Kraft guns and a spine ball back on the 15/11/2019 and after 13 months and a number of emails I have finally got my kraft guns which have arrived 11/12/2020 but still missing my spine ball maybe I have to wait another 13 months for that to.  Show details

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with – I ordered four in March 2020. Initially, I was told it would take 70 days, slightly annoying, but fine. shipped the next day. But nothing had been sent yet.

In June I was told shipping would now start at the end of August.

On the 3rd of September, I received an email that shipping would start in a few days.

At the end of September, I sent a frustrated email asking what the hell is going on as I still hadn't received a tracking number. No reply.

On the 10th of October, we were sent an email that the product had finally arrived at their warehouse. And that they will fulfill ALL orders in October.

By this point they had told me multiple times that I was "top of the list" but days after this email I hadn't heard from them so I checked their Facebook page, turns out they tell everybody who complains that they are "top of the list". So this was another lie of theirs.

Many emails were sent from me during these months trying to find out what was going on. Any email sent to them to complain over these 7-8 months has either been ignored or replied with some generic response "sorry for the delay" "You won't regret it" "We promise it's shipping soon."

After complaining again about their lies and incompetence, I was now told I'm priority (ooo now I'm really special.)

Well, it's now the end of October, I still don't have my shipping information and I have received no updates. Kraftgun no longer responds to my emails and they no longer respond to my Facebook messages.

Complete scam - get your refund NOW – It's clear that this company is hoping you will forget that you ever ordered and paid for this product and will just keep your money. It is a pure scam. Who knows how to get the money back? – I ordered late July and they promised to ship the product on 18 August. But it never happened. Can we report it to police in this case? How many people has been rubbed by them?

Kraftgun is a scam, get your refund before your paypal 6 months is up – I ordered in december and it never came almost 6 months later, keep getting delayed by their custom service. paypal give a 6 month time window to get a refund, i suggest you use that. Show details

SCAM!! WARNING TO ALL!!! – I saw the advertisement on instagram and looked at reviews for this massage gun. It looked very good so I purchased it and did not receive my item, it has been four months and they still sending me emails they haven't sent it out and for me to wait for a tracking number when they do send it out. Please don't be fooled like I did.
