Overrated – I too was talked into this product by the store as it was supposed to be the bees knees and I needed to ice a gingerbread house. Slow was too fast and icing takes a while to stop coming out, making a big mess. A plastic zip lick bag with hole in the corner did a better job! Not hard to push icing out Expensive. Too fast on slow setting. Fiddly when changing colours or refilling.

Starting – I can't even get it to start working! Tried several batteries-different ways-no good! Can't get help. Anyone else have this problem and were you able to ever get it to work? This was a Scoopon purchase. This is one of the problems with buying that way. Hard to get help. Won't start!

Terrible – I was conned by a sales person. This has potential but is not put together properly. I don't know what they did for the youtube videos, maybe they should do that for all of them?? Looks impressive. Great icing ideas on the packaging... Very hard to mix and adjust colours with their paddle. Slow is quite fast, but you could get used to it. the pressure forced the end off and icing went everywhere, this happened to all three colours I had mixed on all three cartridges. I also had someone else check I did it right!

The fine tip for writing is still quite thick.
