Almost brilliant! It is a large size mouli device that clamps to the bench top. You put the tommies in the funnel, crank the handle, and it presses the pulp through a mesh while separating the seeds and skin. That's right, you don't have to peel and deseed first! It doesn't do a half bad job, and you can process kilos at once. It does work on both cooked & raw fruit, but you do have to work harder with uncooked to push it through.

It's only real flaw is that the clamp to the bench isn't very heavy duty, so it's way nigh impossible once juice gets underneath, to keep it still without physically holding it down. Still easier to use than the mouli due to the drastic cut in time needed to process large quantities A real time saver Keeping it in place while cranking very difficult
