Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted, just expected to start talking. I then asked if it was possible to make a last minute addition (that I had emailed them about and not heard back on), I knew chances were slim but wanted to check, however the man got really defensive and proceeded to blame me for making the request too late. He didn’t explain why it wasn’t possible or suggest any alternatives. I arrived in a good mood and left feeling really irritated with his aggressive tone & bluntness. Unnecessary and unprofessional.

0.40 per page, the total cost expected be around AUD 8 but was completely fine with the AUD 20 minimum.

However, when I arrived, the lady seemed irritated from the beginning just like the last time I visited. She complained about the time I took to fill out the form and even argued that I had previously said on the call the document had five pages instead of six. That shouldn’t matter, especially since I was being charged the minimum rate anyway. She also told me I should have gone to the library to scan the document.

Once everything was done, she suddenly quoted AUD 30. I asked how the price had jumped from the expected AUD 20 to AUD 30, especially since I only printed 20 pages. So I was being charged extra simply because she had to wait while I filled out the form. She even pointed to a sign that mentioned only the minimum charge of AUD 20 but it's nowhere written down as waiting fee.

When I asked her to clarify the scanning fee and what the additional charge was for, she refused to give a clear answer making it seem like she was making up the price on the spot. When I mentioned I had been here before and knew the printing cost was AUD 0.40 per page, she claimed that was incorrect.

When I said I would contact Kwik Kopy HQ to check if this was standard practice and asked for her name, she became angry, refused to give her name, wouldn’t accept payment, and told me to leave. I never asked for a free service I was fully prepared to pay but I expected transparent pricing and respectful treatment. She also said it was “her own business.” Does that mean she can treat customers however she likes? If she believes the charge was fair, then why not simply list the prices and provide a receipt? Perhaps it’s because charging for “waiting time” can’t really be justified in the receipt when I raise my complaint ?

I still wish to settle the payment and will contact the HQ to raise my complaint but I expect a clear breakdown of the charges. This kind of experience reflects badly on the Kwik Kopy brand even if it’s a franchise or independently owned.

Fantastic! – I wanted to create a family recipe book for Christmas but I was running late - Kwik Kopy turned it around so I could have the books by Christams Eve AND despite being closed!!!! they allowed for me to pick them up!!! Fantastic service! Great product!!

Let down – Super let down! There is no option on their website to select 'time to deliver', which for urgent requests, makes it really difficult. Best service @ Kwik Kopy Alexandria – I have a best customer service at Kwik Kopy @ corner of Botany road and Gillespe street. Cath and Luke helped me straight away even they way too busy with the orders that they were working on. I really appreciated that. Cath even scanned my picture to give me a digital copy too. How wonderful. I highly recommend this business to you all. I'll come here in the future for all of my prints and laminate. Ten stars from me.

not only was the work part completed (4 folders) that they could not do the rest. For anyone that works remotely they will understand that 4 folders out of 6 is of no use when you are briefing other members of the team. Not only did they not complete the work but they took three times as long. Kwik Kopy's delay in turn delayed my work. Kwik Kopy are apparently pressing for payment.

Bad service who doesn't do cutting – Id like to explain my experience in kwikopy mascot. havent seen before and was very rude from the moment i came in. As soon as i said i wanted to print a1, she had a very salty look and was not at all interested to serve me. It honestly took 5 min to print and i asked if she could cut the panels.(every other print shops and kwikopy stores would allow cutting and with extra charge of course, because most printing stores wouldnt cut printouts that arent printed by them,) especially when i printed by kwikopy i expected they will allow cutting. She instantly said that she couldnt when in fact she had a cutting machine that is not used and big enough to cut my panel. As soon as i told her this, she said she “ doesnt have time for this” however other kwikipy stores always cut panels and i told her this and told her that other staff would always allow cutting. Then she told me ( a customer) that she is apparently the owner of kwikopy mascot and says that she’s never seen me and never cuts panels. First of all, she as an owner shouldn't be having such bad customer service as compared to her staff, she shouldn't say she “ doesn't have time” to a customer who is basically PAYING for her service and product and lastly what printer store doesn't cut panels??

The owner of kwikopy mascot is very rude and doesn't have time to serve a customer, i believe she should learn better customer service especially when im paying for the service and willing to pay extra for cuts.

Especially when she claims that she’s an owner, having her staff provide better service than her is very embarrassing. Never going there again

Terrible product – I went there a few times to print some cards and they could not get something simple done. I ended up spending a lot of money because of this. Highly not recommended. The product results are different in colour, cropping and alignment issues. Instead of admitting, they come with excuses. Poor and unfriendly staff as well.

very poor organization – i went to kwik copy liverpol and they forgot aboyt my order i called after 3 days no one had idea they said hey call me back and no one call i called once again and they forgot my order they wanted me to wait another 3 days for just a stamp

Guy had no idea – Dealt with rithik sai, service was very bad and of poor quality. My 8 year old could do a better job. Hoping he goes to university and learns to be more professional.

DO NOT USE KWIK KOPY. go straight to Office Works – Worst customer service experience EVER. Aggressive, unprofessional and RUDE at best. AVOID KWIK KOPY AT ALL COSTS. Nasty & unhappy management need a refresher course in business and common courtesy, the lack of which is breathtaking and disgraceful. Go straight to Office Works !! Nothing pleasant or professional about Kwik Kopy.

Amateur – Called them and asked how much 1000 pages coloured would cost, they told me that the quote would be sent to me in 10 mins and haven't heard from them so i wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your time!!

What a rip-off – Unbelievable. I was charged $72.50 for an 18 page colour printed report. I could have paid $7.00 at Officeworks for the exact same product. What an absolute joke, I'm surprised they are still in business charging these ridiculous prices. Stay far, far away.

hello or how can i help you. She was just looking at me. The shop itself looked in shambles. at one point i looked over at one of their printers and the piece they were printing was touching the floor! It was only when i looked at it that she quickly moved the roller so it longer touched the floor.

Anyway i proceeded to tell her that i was picking up our wedding invites we designed. As she handed them to me i wasn't blown away by how they looked but i thought maybe because the lighting in here was poor id wait until i was outside.

As i left i didnt get a chance to look at them again as i was in hurry to see someone.

At lunch i took them out to inspect and the quality of the print was poor. My epson printer at home was printing clearer test prints than what they use. Next big issue we had was our reply cards for guests rsvp'ing. They were meant to be same GSM as the invites, they were meant to be, they were not. The receipt actually shows that they were meant to be the same. The rsvp card in the end felt like 100GSM less.

After lunch i stopped by my fiancé work to get her opinion. She was not happy either. the only thing they got right were the folds.

She ended up going back there and asking for a reprint. This is where she was met with hostility and rudeness and left crying. She offered to pay extra to get them redone *i certainly wouldn't have* but she is so uber nice that she thought that would help. Wrong. Rude staff shrugged her off and told her it was her fault.

Kwik Kopy is the worst, if your in a hurry to get some printing done go to Officeworks at least the people are friendly and their workspace is clean and tidy. If you want professional just go anywhere else but here...

The worst.. I cant say it enough.

Terrible service – I had the most terrible and unpleasant printing experience ever at kwik kopy on exhibition street 242!! I paid 180 dollars for two books of 100 pages to be printed and perfect binded. After collecting it, they make two big drops of grease on one of my book. Download fee rip off – I printed 49 pgs of a4 bw from a usb. They charged $17.35!!! There were 2 documents on my usb and they charged $5 per document as a download fee. All they had to do was plug it in, double click the files and press print. Total rip off!!! I will never use their services again. They also did not mention the fee before printing my stuff.
