Kyocera YUCK! – Every kyocera machine I have has is poor quality, always jams! and the machine itself is an eye sore! It's so ugly! and its loud and hot and old! it's cheap crap, literally, it just lets the motto "You get what you pay for" live on. I have since moved off to Fuji Xerox, a little more expensive but so worth it! An attractive machine, fast, environmentally friendly, and all the staff are wonderful! I hate it!!

Excellent – These copiers and the sister copier (KM-2050) are extremely reliable and robust. The document processors are great on all except extremely thin originals (under 50gsm) and the low warmup time means productivity is high. We chose this model on recommendation from our technician. So far we haven't had a callout from a service technician. The duplex works well and the scan system produces compact PDFs which can be emailed without the need for compression. Compared to our previous copier this is a marvel!! Extremely reliable & easy to use. Huge service interval (150,000 pages) Good toner yield, large standard RAM and low overall cost. Small cassettes (300 sheets)
