Difficulty doing business with – Repeated attempts to make contact with Landcover have been met with 'silence'. Phone calls (1300 526 326), Emails (Support@Landcover.com.au) fall silent. Renewals are lapsing through lack of response. Claims queries go unanswered. I can't confirm there is any substance to the policy?

No reply to emails nor are they answering the phone – I took out a policy and wrote to cancel on day 14. No reply. Tried calling just and goes to a message like you would get on a mobile ph.

Can't reach these people – We have land insurance with Landcover for two blocks and received a renewal notice. I wanted to renew one and cancel one we had sold. I replied to their email - no replies back from them. I tried phoning them and gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. If I can't reach them then what would happen if we needed to make a claim. I now don't trust Landcover and would like to cancel all the policies - will have to see if we can manage that!

Tried cancelling and no communication – I have been trying to get my insurance cancelled well inside of the cooling off period and my payment returned. In 8 weeks only one response after I called all numbers and threatened to submit a formal complaint to the ombudsman - can’t imagine having to claim Avoid avoid avoid

Steer well clear of this broker – This broker does not respond to correspondence. There is a 21 day cooling-off period with all general insurance policies, I cancelled within 21 days and received no reply. I then followed up with numerous emails, again no reply. I ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank to get a refund. They're happy to take your money but that is where the relationship ends. Avoid.

Never responded to several voice messages or emails – I either left a voice message or sent an email over 4 months asking if a refund was due, no response by phone or email! No customer service at all!

Vacant Land Insurance – Although there was an initial issue contacting Landcover and getting their response, however finally Landcover served us reasonably well. Resolved our issue and agreed to our request. This is regarding a Vacant lot insurance.

Landcover Insurance not contactable and don't offer refunds if you cancel the policy mid term – Use Landcover Insurance which is internet based for vacant land insurance. Sold the property and tried to get a refund of the several months insurance. They did not return my emails and do not provide a contact. The only message I received was the person does not work here anymore.
