Lanplus honored its warranty – Purchased a 12v lithium battery which worked fine for a couple of years and then would only hold 60-70% charge. As I rarely used the full capacity I don't know how long this was happening for but luckily I noticed before the 3 year warranty expired. Contacted LANPLUS, sent them the battery and once they confirmed the issue they sent me a new replacement. I can't ask for better than that.

Sold 40 x counterfeit and faulty 18650 cells on EBAY – Sold defective and counterfeit 18650 faulty cells. All 10 cells measured 0 volts, 4 measured below 0.4 volts, 1 had heat/ burn marks and are not genuine samsung 20R’s as advertised. These Chinese sellers are SCAMMERS! Very un- Australian beware ☹️

Selling dangerous packs – Battery wouldn’t turn off with key, seller requested photos. Opened battery to see key not wired into circuit, battery always live. Sent seller photo, seller voided warranty due to tampering. Battery is a fire waiting to happen when charging. Bike also has no security as no power off means bike can be stolen and ridden away. Unbelievably frustrating.

Selling Fake Sony 18650 – Ordered 18650 Batteries that were advertised as Sony VTC6A . Look similar too a real VT6A with VTC6A labelling but lack the laser etching on the negative end and the third ring under the wrap at the positive end . Haven't tested it as they may not even be safe to use . Waste of $60 .

I have been using Lanplus for 7 years for both Golf cart & buggy batteries – The customer service and quality products have been excellent for myself and numerous friends that I have introduced to Lanplus. The manager John is very obliging and extremely knowledgeable and the range of batteries is excellent. regards and well done John Whyte

Batteries did not arrive – I ordered a small order of 4 x lithium batteries and did not receive them as I was not home when a courier arrived. They were sent to a delivery center for me to pick up. Unfortunately the delivery center is too far from my address to get to and I cannot drive at the moment due to surgery and it will be too costly to get a taxi so I've just had to… Read more

write them off as a loss.

Fortunately I purchased them through PayPal so I may have some redress from them. The purchase was made 13 days ago. The tracking along with the phone calls and emails to and from the couriers service appear to have my order running around in circles so I will not be purchasing from this organization again.

UPDATE: Batteries arrived today. It appears they were sent back to the supplier who is 3,340 klms from where I live and it was reposted using Australia Post arriving today which is 14 days after I ordered them.

I don't know what the quality of the product is, realise that it was the delivery system chosen by the seller which caused the delay which was out of their control but would still not purchase from them because for me, in my opinion, this system caused more of an inconvenience than the monetary value of the batteries.

Faulty battery – Bought 2 Golf buggy batteries from Lanplus One turned out to be faulty. All I was asked to do was to provide a official report on the battery condition and a replacement battery arrived soon after. Asking for a battery report is totally understandable. Could not fault Lanplus George H Perth

exchange due to condition of boxes . Seller is well aware of my complaints . Lanplus has gone great extents to correct . I accepted $50 refund of last order - to heavy for me to return for exchange . Over many years i have been happy with their batteries - now hiccups all i believe from delivery company - they fast tho. Prices are very good and batteries have been reliable. They are currently sourcing a product for me . I will stick with them for now . Was 5 stars now 4 .

Dead Battery – Purchased a 12 volt 105 ah AGM deep cycle battery, just over 2 months out of warranty and it packed it in. $240 wasted on a battery that was supposed to last 10+ years. Contacted Lanplus hoping they might be reasonable and at the very least give me discount on a replacement, no such luck. Update, Lanplus made a pathetic offer of $50 off on a new battery, not good enough Lanplus Australia.
